Understandable! Fulham deserved that promotion to the PL, but it would be interesting to see Villa back too.
So happy that PL games will be played at Craven Cottage again.
To be fair at least half of these worse than Ludicrous Karius himself so chin up son.
Number 4 must actually have been blind and number 1 a worthy winner, although Ludicrous did a carbon copy of that one but amazingly for him it only went for a corner.
However the key difference is:
1. All these fucknuts are playing in shitty African or Asian leagues (ironically the only place this spastic going to get a game now).
2. They didn’t do it twice in the same match.
3. I’ll wager that they weren’t playing in the final to crown the champions of their entire continent.
I’m seriously struggling to come up with a worse keeper in history.
Taibi? Appalling but was shrewdly binned by Fergie, a manager who knew what he was doing, before he could destroy their season.
Higuita? I’m not sure he was actually that bad just like to piss around all the time.
Oh yeah hang on I’ve just thought of someone who might be as bad - fucking Mignolet.
The buck has to stop at the guy who assembles a squad with not one but two keepers as disgraceful as this. Been there how long now and done nothing to address it?
Scoring goals galore might fool mugs like @001 but if we don’t have a new keeper (and with proven basic levels of competency) on the first day of the season then get your coat and piss off Jurgen because you clearly don’t understand the basics of how the game works. You can score 5 goals a game but if your foundations are built on sand you win sod all.
Liverpool will have made a fantastic transfer window if they manage to sign Oblak. Of course, for Atlético to sell their keeper to an English club will probably make that release clause go up even further than £85m?
Then again, stranger things that Liverpool managing to get a world class goalkeeper may happen this transfer window. According to David Ornstein and others, Arsenal are close to signing defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Dortmund. A defender! To Arsenal!
That's come out of nowhere
Is he any good? Never heard of him.
More brilliant work - let Emre go on a free and spunk most of our transfer budget on someone to replace him when the evidence would seem to indicate we should be looking for a fucking goalkeeper.
Confirmed. Have to admire their efficiency.
He's quite good from what I've heard. Arsenal badly need new defenders, so I'll be happy if this goes through - and works out well.
________
According to Swedish newspaper Expressen Arsenal are targeting RB Lepizig winger Emil Forsberg, who is rated at around £47m. Uhm, like that's ever going to happen with the £50m Arsenal transfer budget… Also, why a winger? Arsenal have pleeeeenty of other issues to sort out.
That can't be true about a £50m budget. That's not going to get Arsenal more than 2 players.
It's been rumoured to have been increased to £70m, but as this is Arsenal after all, the £50m transfer budget wouldn't surprise me one bit. Wouldn't surprise me if the only transfers made are two players - Sokratis Papastathopoulos (if what's written is correct), and Lichtsteiner as a free agent. That's classic Gunners.
The midfielder is admired by new Gunners boss Unai Emery, who tried to sign him at PSG. It is understood Arsenal made attempts to land the player over the weekend but he had already decided to join Liverpool.
Again, classic Gunners!
I'm sure Arsenal have tried that tactic before, no doubt about it.

Should've comfortably finished 2nd and at the very least forced Real into having to raise their game to actually go and beat us but instead scraped 4th on the last day, were pathetic in both the cups and were humiliated in the CL final. Given the amount of goals we score you might consider that the problem isn't up top but possibly at the back? But if you're Jurgen just move on, our defence and goalkeeping is fine, there's nothing to see here.
RIP Liverpool's season 2017-2018.
If you fancy goalkeeping blunders, this is from the CL semi Real vs Bayern Munich:
(up til then, German media actually suggested, Jogi Löw should nominate Sven Ureich for the World Cup squad, if Neuer does not get fit):
And this one is from the Second German Bundesliga:
And this one is a classic:
Btw ive just watched the match in full again for the 3rd time (because i like torturing myself) and its just as frustrating. Obviously salah going off changed the ascendancy but we were still in it and with mane in that type of mood we had a huge chance of number 6. Robertson was brilliant aswell. Dont think ill ever understand karius and them errors. Benzema is literally in his eyeline and he cant concentrate enough (in the champions league final) to not throw it at him? And the second? Appalling technique. He doesn't even need to jump and then proceeds to throw it in.
Oh and am i the only person who after seeing the match 3 times and seeing all the footage and pictures, doesn't think that karius was genuinely crying!?
I think we struggled after he went off but then we'll never know if they had managed to get their heads together at half time and start again in the second half as the 1st goal goes straight in. Certainly at the time of the first goal I didn't feel like we were under the cosh in any way. Whether we would have gone on to win it is a different story. Especially when they had Bale coming off the bench and we had Solanke!
But the bottom line is the lads never stood a chance to see if they could properly go toe to toe with Real as they had a guy undermining everything they did by throwing in goals left right and centre. Apart from killing us off this clown ruined the game for the neutral and turned what is the global showpiece club match into a bit of a joke that even Bale's acrobatics couldn't change.
I still cannot decide which is the worst of the two. The first Benzema is right in front of him. Can he literally not see him? If he turned out to be blind it would explain a lot I suppose.
The second has decent pace on it but never really moves in the air and I'm sure when I watched it at the time he clenches and unclenches his fists as if he is undecided what the best course of action is and that results in his hands being all over the shop. He is fragile at the best of times so the moment the first happened he had to be substituted as the second is a direct result of his head being gone (well I say that - even on a good day he's more than capable of doing something as bad as the second).
On the Bale goal as well - I think that might be saveable if you are a world class keeper.
I'm not going to say that the guy isn't genuinely sorry for happened as I'm sure that's not true. Bottom line though is that he has never been good enough, has never even shown the slightest sign of why anyone might think he had the potential to play at the highest level, he's error prone, can't do the basics, has terrible technique and suffers from appalling lapses in concentration. But other than that I would say he's a pretty mediocre keeper.
What will be unacceptable is if we keep him on the books because we don't want to crush the poor guy's confidence and ruin his career. We can't be sentimental. There are plenty of kids who don't quite make it and are callously booted from the academy at the age of 17. This mug has had a very good run of blagging being a top level footballer and it's time he was told the truth.
Get your coat and piss off back to college and learn to become a plasterer or a tree surgeon or something. Your career in football is over son.
Jesus! You need to get a hobby...
Zinedine Zidane steps down as Real Madrid manager.
https://metro.co.uk/2018/05/31/zinedine-zidane-steps-real-madrid-manager-7593827/
The only difference is I'm actually right.
Ramos a dirty bastard for sure but that's clutching at straws. There's clearly one person responsible for the defeat and it's not Karius.
You want to be hailed as a profet because you managed to notice the obvious fact and commonly stated opinion that Karius is not nearly good enough for a team of Liverpool's level? That is not evangelism. That's narcissism of Trumpian magnitude! ;))
Be careful, you’re engaging with a Norweigian (insert alternative country here) Barca fan.
