Not a good start to their season, that's for sure! They spent plenty in the summer too.

This man is the worst advertisement for Man U, his antics are awful and are more about him than his team. The Jose show is really nauseating and he is best released into the wild.

Haha, that's understandable! Both teams doing really well on the top of the league at the moment; would be great to see them in the PL next season :-D

Pobga not even on the bench for the Derby, a tough game just got tougher.

Good to see Chelsea being held at home by Everton.

Leeds losing must have made your day – with Norwich on top of the league. Daniel Farke must be doing something right with that team.

Arsenal only managing a draw at home against Wolves was a bit of a downer. Still, Unai's unbeaten run continues, which is a big positive.

    A bigger positive today was Rosenborg winning away at Start, at the same time becoming champions for the fourth time in a row! This is Rosenborg's 26th league title, having won the league in: 1967, 1969, 1971, 1985, 1988, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.

This league title comes after a bad season from a playing perspective, so in a way it's quite the achievement securing the league win. The team is currently lead by caretaker head coach Rini Coolen, and with the permanent head coach position not yet sorted, it will be interesting weeks ahead as the club decides on a candidate.

Haven't seen a goal scored from a situation like this before, haha!

Farke is doing a brilliant job, Put it this way, one of our star players in Teemu Pukki we got on a free transfer!

Isn't it Pukki who's in a fantastic goalscoring run right now? Seen his named mentioned more than a few times lately!

@Torgeirtrap Great to see RBK on top again! I really hope they can make it to the CL group stage again next year.
Lately I see RBK doing well in the preliminaries of the EL but they sadly always struggle in the groups.

They are very far off from CL standards at the moment unfortunately... The level of play has taken a few steps back this season compared to last year.

On papier the team looks pretty ok, to be honest. Where does it go wrong?

Good question. One obvious problem is that almost all of our main strikers are notoriously plagued with injuries. But the issue is deeper than that. There seems to be something missing with the team mentality. They seem to lack enthusiasm and team spirit. They look badly organized at times, lacking in fluidity and creativity and with key players underperforming. It has been an issue that many of the local players, people from the youth system and leaders in the dressing room have disappeared to bigger teams abroad during the last couple of seasons. Although the club recruits decent replacements on paper, they lack the same kind of heart for the team, city and its fans. Only one local player is left in the first team at this point, and it probably makes a bigger impact than expected. Some players seem to be lacking in motivation as well after having won all competitions in Norway bar one during the last four years. The fact that the Norwegian League is so weakly contested is an issue.

Yep that is correct, He is a Finland international. Just hoping with yet another International break that we do not pick up any new injury concerns with the team.

Yeah, international breaks can make a huge impact on any team. Internationals are also much less entertaining than club football!

This sums up Rosenborg in 2018 very accurately. Really interested to see who's appointed as head coach in (hopefully) a few weeks time, and what kind of managerial type this person is.

    Yea absolutely smashing....

In other news premier league clubs agree to pay outgoing boss Richard Scudamore £250,000 each as a golden handshake. This despite football fans collecting for local food banks and the still ridiculously high ticket prices. Still, least VAR is on the way ....

The Dutch team is surprising me first there was the 3-0 over Germany and tonight they beat the French with 2-0 which was a result that was well worth the game they played especially in the second half.

Germany got relegated, which I was quite sure we would be after the matches against France and Germany. Call me pleasantly surprised. It seems that Koeman is a decent coach and has been able to pick a decent Orange side.

What are the consequences of Germany for being relegated from their group? Haven't read too much about how the Nations League works.

Great result for Koeman and The Netherlands tonight. Really impressive.

Watching the England-Croatia game now. Croatia up 0-1 after Kramarić's effort.
