He's still only 36, three years younger than Zlatan, and six years younger than Buffon…
Makes you wonder if the Euros will go ahead as planned next year.
That's where Michael Owen fell short, once his pace had gone he didn't have much left.
Agree at his explosive best Owen was unstoppable though once his hamstrings started giving him issues and further issues it was all down hill.
Very true, though I didn't expect Robben to retire that early. Looks like he missed football too much!
How can they make so many mistakes, over and over again? :-?
VAR is only supposed to be used when there is a clear and obvious error, so in theory VAR should pretty much never make mistakes ...
Yet it happens…

Was just about to post this lol Not surprised, there have been rumours this would be the outcome the last few days.
Would appear to make mockery of financial fair play, why did UEFA ban them in the first place. I think the public should see the figures involved.
City being fined 10 million Euros instead
It's a mockery for sure. To quote Arseblog on Twitter:

:))
Jose makes a lot of sense
It will be interesting to see the long term ramifications of this…

FIFA have confirmed the schedule for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, with the opening game at 10am on Monday, November 21 and four matches per day during the group stage.
Kick-off times for the first two rounds of matches will be at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm (UK times). Kick-off times in the final round of group games and knock-out round matches will be at 3pm and 7pm (UK times)
Honestly, am watching the match right now....I don't understand that particular officiating, Arnold should have been sent off as well.
It will no doubt end with Alexander-Arnold scoring the winner now, just to make things even worse.
That would really break my heart. Arsenal have not won against Liverpool for years now. The least Arsenal do is to draw at the Emirates, then get humiliated at Anfield....I just hope Arsenal wins tonight.
First PL win over Liverpool since 2015, actually!
Wow! What a wait!...It was worth it though. It's good for confidence ahead of the FA cup semifinal against Man City at Wembley.
It's much needed, that's for sure. Won't expect Arsenal to manage to beat City, but with the cup very likely being the only shot at European football next season, they have to try.
Yeah, true.
