The 2020/21 Fantasy Premier League site is up and running! I hope as many as possible will join us and play Fantasy football this upcoming season. :-)

Read more about how to play and enter here.

Nice :) will take a deeper delve into understanding this, by completely immersing myself in the video.

It's a lot of fun! Doesn't take a lot of effort to get the hang of it, and then it's just about playing smart! :-)

Wow! First major cuts in the scouting department at Arsenal, then an internal investigation into their £72m move for Nicolas Pepe, and now head of football Raul Sanllehi is leaving!

Wow! We just hope they don't allow internal things spoil the recent good news and the promising future.

Indeed. Though looking at reactions on Twitter, many sees this as good news rather than bad. It's very obvious the spending during Sanllehi's time at the club has been big. I hope this opens the door for a structure in which Arteta can have a bigger say in which deals to target.

Yeah, it could well be for the best, coz Arteta needs frequent backing to keep up with other rivals.

Part of the appeal to me, besides the fun of the game itself, is that it makes even the most boring games interesting if you have players involved. Imagine being super excited for a Burnley clean sheet because you have Pope as your playing goalkeeper!

Exactly. It also looks like they will continue with the people they have, rather than appoint someone to replace Sanllehi. Difficult to tell if that's a good thing or not though.

Would think so. It's risky doing too many backroom changes with an active transfer window to worry about. It might be that Arsenal have set their targets, and have agreements in place already.

Indeed. Didn't expect this to happen, and it will be interesting to see if we get more insight into this decision at some point. I can't stop thinking though – what a way to come into management for Arteta. Someone pointed out on Twitter that although they are really looking forward to reading Wenger's autobiography, Arteta's will be quite the read too (if he ever write one/have one written). The chapters must be writing themselves at this point!

This CL season is really getting more interesting as it progresses. My bet is that Bayern will win it now.

Yeah, true....so much going on at Arsenal at the moment, too many backroom activities.

Yeah, Bayern are looking like favourites. But part of me thinks the other teams shouldn't be underestimated.

Yeah, true....and it even reminded me of the Argentina 0-4 Germany, Quarterfinal match of the 2010 world cup. Not a higher scoreline, but the German Dominance started showing its sign here.

Old Norwegian football shirts, sweaters and jackets are now fashion, according to Asos! Maybe I should pull out my old football jacket too, and see if it still fits? Haven't used it since I was 15…

Lol, I doubt it would fit. Nice jacket though. I think the world these days feels happier when it goes retro.

These big results are rare but when they happen a lot of people are shocked.

Sevilla through to another final. They always seem to do well in the EL.

    Yeah, strange results at times.

Yeah, The EL is clearly Sevilla's Birthright.

Hah, yes! The last time I had it on, the sleeves were getting a bit short for my arms. My local football team had red Umbro jackets with white and blue details.

I don't know what is is about retro things; maybe it's a bit…comforting? There must be a reason why we seem to enjoy these things so much – be it furniture, clothes/style – and movies!

    Haha, yeah.

Yeah, I think we enjoy retro things a lot because they're connected with good memories. Like last night, I was listening to 80s Synthpop/New Wave Bands like New Order, Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, etc. And it felt very good.

The music back then was great as compared to today's music which is mostly awful, isn't it ?

Oh, Yeah. Even if we still have some good Bands. That era simply can't be topped.

Indeed, although I discovered bands like New Order, Depeche Mode as a (young) adult and don't have that many memories connected to their music, it's easy to see why their music means so much to many people.

    Ouch, that's a tough fixture!

What a career he's had. One of the greats in modern football.

Glad to see the Kompany appreciation goes further than this Belgian Anderlecht fan. One of my favourite players of the 2000's.
