Why no Skyfall novelisation?
It was reported on the internet and television text that there was to be no Skyfall novelisation because "published screenplays" were normally written by "continuation authors" and that because there was no "continuation author" at the time of Skyfall's production, there could be no novelisation.
What a load of nonsense.
Who was the continuation author when Christopher Wood wrote the novelisations for The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker?
Why CAN'T the novelisation of Skyfall be published with another writer penning it before the series continiues with Mister Boyd?
