That's quite interesting about the Wilson cameos. Both guesses are unfortunately incorrect though.

It is not the good doctor. I'm signing off for the night. More clues to come tomorrow.

But of course, it's Herr Stamper.

He takes Bond to the sound proof room then leaves. He's involved with newspapers and the press and was a protege of Dr Kaufmann.

I'm not sure either since I can't make all the clues fit. We shall see.

@Tokoloshe, that was a damn fine guess but it's also incorrect. Great reasoning though.

I'd also like to let everyone know that clue #7 may require some outside of the box thinking. It was supposed to be helpful without being too obvious.

    1) Make no secret of the fact that I am not functioning properly.

    4) I'm not concerned with what the club secretary has to say.

    8) In the everlasting future, they will try to pull the same trick on Bond.

That was a great effort. However, it is not the correct answer. You have the right line of thinking for most of the clues though.

Felix Leiter? I'm thinking particularly of him in Goldfinger - he was previously involved in Dr No, doesn't get on the final plane with Bond but is cordial with him, reads a newspaper here... Er, that's about it.

He also pretends to be knocked out by gas in the same way Bond is knocked out in Diamonds are Forever (the everlasting future?)

Oh man, I've got it, the answer is obviously... Daniel Craig's James Bond!

    1) Make no secret of the fact that I am not functioning properly.
When he's at the gun range in Skyfall, he misses all his shots, looks at the man taking measurements, then just walks up blasting his target!
    2) I've been admiring her form.
When has he not been admiring her form?? Lets say, for argument's sake, Casino Royale, as Vesper walks away, he's distracted and brough back to reality by the poker game!
    3) What is black and white and red all over?
Also in Casino Royale, after his stairway-battle with Obanno, his black and white Tuxedo is all covered in the freedom fighter's red Blood!
    4) I'm not concerned with what the club secretary has to say.
ALSO in Casino Royale, the club secretary tells Bond that she's not sure she'd mention the dent hypothetically left in Dimitrios' beautiful 1967 Aston Martin, but he presses anyway in total disregard for what she's saying!
    5) In this particular space, no one can hear you scream.
ALSO IN CASINO ROYALE I believe this quite obviously refers to the chamber in which Le Chiffre has Bond contained, and wishes to torture him away from prying ears! Of course, the bad guys can hear him scream, but I imagine this clue is a reference to the Alien tag line, and of course, in that film, the Alien would be able to hear you scream despite nobody being able to hear you scream in space. *deep breath*
    6) I remain calm and courteous despite being whisked away to a pressing engagement.
In Quantum of Solace, he is whisked away to a pressing engagement with Camille, who believes him to be an architect, and remains quite calm and couteous, despite all this being quite a surprise!
    7) In the past, I was involved with a questionable medical practitioner.
That shifty guy from Casino Royale who put the tracker in Bond's arm! I KNEW he was working with Le Chiffre, which explains how they new about the tracker! This makes him quite questionable indeed!
    8) In the everlasting future, they will try to pull the same trick on Bond.
Alec Trevelyan, Miranda Frost, Silva... When are they NOT trying to trick Bond with sneaky double agents!!
    9) I wish that I could have used eBay instead.
Then, I could have just bought my own dumb radio and Licence-To-Kill-Special-Edition-Biometric-PPK instead of having to talk to that geeky new Q!
    10) Two women are exchanged for one man and one woman.
In Skyfall, Bond was thrilled to be spending his time in Macau with the beautiful Eve Moneypenny and the sensual Severine, however, he was most disappointed when he ended up having to spend his time in boring old Scotland with boring old M and Kincade (interchange with Silva as desired).

I'll start preparing my character and clues now. ;) ;) ;)
