Yep, you got it @Birdleson! I thought it might be too soon for that last clue.

The correct answer is the Severnaya Duty Officer from GE.

    1) As far as names go, what you see and what you hear don't quite match up.
He is addressed as Major by General Ourumov and he is credited as Severnaya Duty Officer.

    2) It takes two, baby.

Ourumov and Xenia are about to steal Petya and Mischa

    3) This was not a minor offense.
Again, he is a Major. Plus, murdering everyone and stealing the satellites is obviously quite a serious crime.

    4) What I don't know can hurt me.

    He never saw it coming.

    5) It was revealed later on that they did find me.

Only Boris and Natalya were not counted among the dead.

    6) I will be reunited with this film's director and Bond actor in the future.
Simon Kunz appeared in The Foreigner with Brosnan, directed by Martin Campbell.

    Nicely done. Over to you.

Clue 7 did seal it, but it was clue number two that made me think of him; oddly, for the wrong reason. I thought it was referring to the two keys needing to be turned simultaneously. But now that I think of it, was that at the end of the film and I'm mixed up?

No, it was during that scene. Ourumov and Xenia turn them simultaneously.

Was it the 'overhearing ' that did it ? Bond mentioning to GF about operation grandslam .

Actually it was the first clue as I remembered someone shouting "He's one too!" and just had to place the voice and scene. Eventually remembered it was Goldfinger just as he shoots Ling inside Fort Knox.

    New round coming soon.

OK let's see how we go with this one.

    Clues:

    1. An actor in this film has the same first name as my character.

    2. At one point I use an identical strategy to Raoul Silva.

    3. My middle was my end.

Gosh, well done @Thrasos ! It is indeed Carlos the bomber from CR.

    Explanations:

    1. An actor in this film has the same first name as my character.

Carlos Leal plays the Tournament Director in Montenegro.

    2. At one point I use an identical strategy to Raoul Silva.

    Security/police uniform.

    3. My middle was my end.

    BOOM!

Looking forward to your next effort, Thrasos.

Great job. That's two rounds in a row where it was solved before I even got a guess in!

Thanks! I hope I didn't spoil the fun getting it so quickly. Great clues--I keyed in on #2...wondered if the strategy related to Silva was letting himself get caught or his computer hack. But then yes--the uniforms! Then the other clues fell into place. Love Bond's expression regarding clue #3. Next character clue or clues up within minutes.
