@Birdleson nails it with the Truck Driver from LTK - well done!

    Explanations:

    1. Contrary to what you might think at first, I do not want to Make America Great Again.

    Red baseball cap.

    2. I love making things difficult for Bond, until he reciprocates.

He laughs as he follows Sanchez's instructions not to let Bond pass, but then Bond rams him into a wall.

    3. "Now you see me, now you don't" thanks to some poor continuity.

When Perez fires the stinger his truck is clearly not in the background, and yet it gets hit seconds later.

    4. I both resemble and sound like a very famous videogame character.

It's a me, Mario! Especially in his comical sound effect as the truck explodes.

    5. Perhaps I took my interior decorating tips from the crew of that submarine... or from Henry Gupta?

Nudie pin-ups, as seen on HMS Ranger in TSWLM and in Gupta's safe.

    6. It looks like I lived to die another day... but only just.

He just barely escapes the massive explosion.

    7. I give those folks at 'Translations Royale' some work.

    He doesn't speak English.

    Onwards!

I knew from clue #5 that the character was pictured somewhere with nudie photos.
Yeah, me too, but I couldn't connect it to the truck driver. Well done.

No worries matey, got there in the end. Onwards... and back in the realm of EON we go...

    1. Rather like Dexter Morgan, my professional expertise must come in handy.

    2. Did I meet Chris Farley earlier this year?

Two more clues for this Eon character:

    1. Rather like Dexter Morgan, my professional expertise must come in handy.

    2. Did I meet Chris Farley earlier this year?

    3. My record remains unbeaten.

    4. I tell Bond that I don't appreciate his ultracrepidarianism.

    Incorrect:

    Henry Gupta
    Ninja Poison Assassin (YOLT)

    5. The technology I'm using seems rather outdated for its time (although this won't be the last time we see it in the Bond series).

    6. If this Bond guy is English, why did he use that word?

    Incorrect:

    Colthorpe (TMWTGG)
    Henry Gupta
    Donald Munger (DAF)
    Ninja Poison Assassin (YOLT)

    Dr. Kaufman?

Oh @Birdleson you should have done more than bat it around. Indeed @pachazo is correct with Dr Kaufman...

    1. Rather like Dexter Morgan, my professional expertise must come in handy.

He is a professor in forensic medicine.

    2. Did I meet Chris Farley earlier this year?

Farley died from Dr Kaufman's speciality of a 'celebrity overdose' earlier in 1997.

    3. My record remains unbeaten.

Mr Stamper says he aims to beat Kaufman's torture record of 52 hours.

    4. I tell Bond that I don't appreciate his ultracrepidarianism.

Couldn't resist including this lovely word! Bond says it won't look like a suicide if he shoots him from far away.

    5. The technology I'm using seems rather outdated for its time (although this won't be the last time we see it in the Bond series).

A videotape in 1997 looks a little out of date, but not as badly as the one saying Vesper Lynd in SP in 2015.

    6. If this Bond guy is English, why did he use that word?

"Cellphone" is not something Bond should be saying...

Excellent! I was going to say earlier that even if I didn't win at least I learned a new word. The cell phone clue is what made me come to the realization of who this might be. Great round @Tokoloshe2!

Also, to be completely fair, Vesper's interrogation happened before the events of Casino Royale, which would put it at 2006 at the latest. I assumed it was from then, although VHS was way out of date by 2006 as well so... what point am I trying to make??? :)

I'll be back soon. I've known for awhile now who I'm playing next.

Alright, are you ready for this EON character?

    1) I'm at work, but I'm hardly working.
    2) There is no doubt about what is special.
    3) Will I do what is asked of me?
    4) Watch as I spring into action!
    5) The setting doesn't particularly look like it belongs in a Bond film. Same goes for me.
    6) So many questions... but I don't say a word.
    7) Rats! Or California?
    8) I'm just here for the laughs.

Only learned recently that he's killed by Stamper in a deleted scene.
