    @Thunderfinger, yes you got it!
    It's our old friend Puss Feller (is it one word or two?) from DN!

    1) In the DN novel, PF got his name from wrestling with an octopus. In the film it was changed to alligators.

    2) Red might be his favorite color. He wears a red bowtie, his best friend wears a red shirt and he sells Red Stripe beer at his bar.

    3) His wrestling skills could have helped Bond at the Croc Farm (and perhaps prevented Tee Hee's accident) and helped the Yo-Yo Thug from being eaten by the gators at Octopussy's Palace.

    That was a fun, little round. Well done and over to you!
