Severine?
'Cause I'm going to (say no to) Strawberry Fields
1. I don't need to visit Barnard Castle; there's nothing wrong with my eyes
2. I may not look it, but I am hard and strong.
3. I'm only a minor character, but I am discussed in more detail later in the same film...
4. ... and by Bond fans, who want to see more of me.
5. I wouldn't fancy having this guy just turn up on my doorstep!
6. My top priority is to maintain a lie.
7. I only say four words. My associate only says two words, rather rudely.
8. Bond has no idea who I am... but he's keen to find out.
Incorrect:
Kerim Bey
Col. Jacques Bouvard
Dolly (MR)
Strawberry Fields
Goldinger's Gatekeeper Grannie
Green Four (TLD)
Jack (bulldog)
Dr. Kaufmann
Boris Grishenko
Severine
Madeleine Swann
Sounds right!
1. I don't need to visit Barnard Castle; there's nothing wrong with my eyes
Like the notorious Dominic Cummings, Haines is "one of the Prime Minister's closest advisors". Unlike other audience members he's watching Tosca without any opera glasses (or any glasses at all).
2. I may not look it, but I am hard and strong.
When looking at the photos, Mathis comments that Bond "has some hard friends", and Bond comments "they say you're judged by the strength of your enemies".
3. I'm only a minor character, but I am discussed in more detail later in the same film...
As above.
4. ... and by Bond fans, who want to see more of me.
Haines featured in a deleted scene with Mr White filmed for an alternative ending to QOS, which has still never been made public.
5. I wouldn't fancy having this guy just turn up on my doorstep!
The fire juggler is Mark Heap, who would much later start alongside Paul Ritter in "Friday Night Dinner" as the annoying neighbour Jim who keeps turning up uninvited. A tricky clue but it leads you there if you know who the juggler is!
6. My top priority is to maintain a lie.
Haines's only four words "I'm working on that" are in relation to preventing the Americans from finding out they are being duped over the Tiera Project. It's clearly Haines's "top priority" as well as Greene's.
7. I only say four words. My associate only says two words, rather rudely.
Haines's bodyguard's only words are "Piss off!"
8. Bond has no idea who I am... but he's keen to find out.
Mathis asks Bond is he knows he Haines is... but that's what Bond is there to find out.

Felix has been monitoring Simmons and Goldfinger for a week. Hence the knowledge for Bond

Two more clues added.
@R1s1ngs0n .
Pretty sure you're correct! It is Simmons from Goldfinger
All clues matched perfectly except the one with Dr. Goodhead - how does this one fit?
I just finished editing them. The quote "I dislike being spied on " one would think he would since Jill is spying on his cards.
Also when I began the round, I thought it was Zimmer not Simmons. Its when I dove deeper into the character that I got the name right.
