    Ok, here goes. Unnamed, uncredited character with no dialogue.

    1. I appear for less than 5 seconds and yet I play an integral part in the plan.
    2. Although he wasn't supposed to, Bond gets to admire my 'work'.
    3. My superior and I exchange (barely visible) nods of approval.
    4. I sport a military style haircut.

    No one has even made a guess yet, I thought clues are added as people make guesses.
    Oh well... two new clues added.

    8. Unsurprisingly, the person next to me looks to be completely unmoved by the proceedings.

    10. I have many comrades; some travel by water, a couple by air and one by train.
    11. I operate in a fancy setting.
    12. Bond and his partner are completely unaware of our presence.

    Even though guesses are not made, it doesn't mean people don't try to solve the riddle. So even without guesses it's best to keep clues coming on a regular basis. Then the guesses will come as well.

    Not a bad guess but unfortunately, Gogol is not involved. However, he is in a certain way, connected to the answer.

    Well done @Thrasos !

    It is indeed the Spectre cameraman who films Bond and Tatiana having sexy time in the honeymoon suite.

    1. I appear for less than 5 seconds and yet I play an integral part in the plan.
    The film taken in the honeymoon suite is central to Kronsteen's plan to humiliate MI6.
    2. Although he wasn't supposed to, Bond gets to admire my 'work'.
    Bond examines the film in the gondola, before disposing of it.
    3. My superior and I exchange (barely visible) nods of approval.
    Just as scene fades out, Klebb and the cameraman are seen exchanging nods, as if to say "we got him now!"
    5. I sport a military style haircut.
    Self explanatory.

    To quote Stromberg, in reference to close 'working' relationships between British and Russian operatives.

    Thanks, @R1s1ngs0n--I enjoyed playing this round. Really good clues! And thanks @goldenswissroyale and @Tokoloshe2, I appreciate it. As you said R1s1ngs0n, the nods between Klebb and the cameraman were barely visible. YouTube cut off the very end of the scene, and I had to go to my DVD to check for that. While I did, I also watched the fight scene between Bond and Red Grant on the train; it's so well done! And such a close call for Bond, who at first had his gun drawn and barely escapes with his life. Okay, I'll have clues for the next round shortly.

    An EON "named" character with dialogue.

    1) I see Bond, and I can see what he's doing.
    2) I also see another person get into trouble.
    3) There are other people around me.
    4) I don't seem to be a bad person, but I'm prepared to take action against someone if I have to.
    5) Interestingly enough, I don't see anyone shooting at Bond or fighting him.
    6) Nice scenery! Even though I don't have the best view of it.
    7) The organization I work for is wealthy.
    8) Someone explains something to me.
    9) This whole experience is supposed to be enjoyable.
    10) I mostly watch, and I say only a little bit.
    11) The scene I'm in lasts just a few minutes.
    12) The incident that happens in my scene is bad, but it leads to something good happening later in the film.
    13) Some people in the scene I'm in are speaking a language other than English.
    14) I basically tell the person mentioned in clue #8 that what they've done is wrong.
    15) I'm dressed in a tux. I have black hair and a mustache.
    16) When I see Bond, there are some men on either side of him.

    As Bond said, "Allow me", to cut out the middleman and say no, that's not our character. While I was checking the SPECTRE credits, a photo caught my eye...that of Stephanie Sigman, who played Estrella at the beginning of SPECTRE in Mexico...she is a knockout.
