1) I'm fairly close to Bond.
Close in proximity. Near the end of poker play, the character is seen near the table, watching the action.
2) Make way for Bond!
After Bond's car crash, she's standing next to Le Chiffre's car and moves out of the way so the henchman can dump him in the back seat.
3) You hear people talking to me.
In Le Chiffre's hotel room, he talks to her, and then Obanno talks to her.
4) Going up, or going down?
Early on, after swimming, she climbs UP the boat ladder. At the casino, she walks DOWN the stairs with Le Chiffre.
5) "Your problems are all behind you now"
In Le Chiffre's hotel room, Obanno's Liason is holding her from behind, with his hand on her neck.
6) I help someone else.
She helps Le Chiffre, and helps him try to kill Bond.
7) I sent someone a message.
She sends a message to Le Chiffre when he's at the poker table, presumably ordered to do so by Obanno. Then we see Kratt bend down and whisper to Le Chiffre, after which he goes to his room and asks her, "So, what's so damned important?"
8) My skills are formidable.
Poisoning Bond and almost killing him, and being deceptive, as shown in that attempt.
9) I'm oblivious to the danger that could happen to someone near me.
As she and Le Chiffre walk down the stairs at the casino, they don't know Bond is coming after him with a steak knife.
10) I believe he must be stopped.
Stop Bond from winning the poker pot.
11) That was a close call.
Obanno makes like he's going to cut off her arm, then stops short.
12) Remember, When one door closes, another one opens.
In this case, literally. After Bond's car crash, Le Chiffre gets in his car and closes the door, and then Valenka opens the rear door so the henchman can dump Bond in the back seat.
13) "I'm just a (semi) professional, doing a job!"
Like Dr. Kaufman in TND, she tries to kill Bond. Because of this, you might call her a full-on henchwoman, though we mainly see her as Le Chiffre's girlfriend.
14) Regarding clue #7, the message was received.
As mentioned above, Le Chiffre goes to his room and asks her, "So, what's so damned important?"
15) I know how to attract attention.
After swimming, she walks through the boat in her swimsuit, eyed by both Le Chiffre and the retired Croatian general. Then at the casino, she wears revealing clothing.
16) In one scene, you see me do something treacherous that no one else in the scene sees me do.
Empties the vial of poison into Bond's drink.
17) You see someone look at me, and then you see me smile back at that person.
After Le Chiffre plays his last hand, he looks at Valenka, who smiles back.
18) Right after I do something, you see my associate staring at Bond.
I spike Bond's drink, and then Le Chiffre doesn't take his eyes off Bond.
Congratulations Birdleson...it's all yours.
