    Wavekrest Captain

    Unnamed EON character with dialogue

    1. I work for a villain.
    He works for Milton Krest
    2. Although my role is important, I’m not a henchman.
    He's the Captain of the Wavekrest
    3. Bond and I never interact.
    Self explanatory
    4. My status is unknown.
    After Krest's demise, we don't see the Wavekrest or its Captain again.
    5. I'm surprised by a dubious character.
    The Captain is surprised by Pam, when she takes the controls of the ship, posing as a harbour pilot.
    6. I consider my work a mans profession.
    He's quite sexist in his treatment of Pam, posing as the harbour pilot.
    7. Speed is not always a good thing for me.
    The Captain believes Pam is approaching the dock too fast.
    8. I observe Bond in an all out action scene.
    The Captain along with Krest and others observe Bond water skiing behind the seaplane.

    You probably need to rewatch the movie, he doesn't knock him out but rather whispers something in his ear, following which the man leaves his station.
    Later on in the movie, another henchman does knock out the cable car controller.
