Genius
No problem at all.
So, after re-watching the official trailer of QoS - which appears to have been released on September 10th - it looks like the SF trailer may be out in September, then, too. Shame, I had hoped for August. No matter, I'll enjoy myself this summer, and just as college starts up again, we'll have the trailer. I can't wait.
Slightly off topic, but did anyone enjoy the QoS official trailer? I love the end of it, when the score picks up, then halts, just as Bond ejects his magazine while taking cover behind the jeep. I don't know what it is, but I love when actions in trailers match the score, just like Bond firing the two shots in the SF trailer, in unison with the score.
@Hutcho64 Craig was certainly the first actor who has moved away from the traditionally accepted look of Bond, but for all that I think his screen charisma is amazing. I have followed his career for a long time but never saw him as Bond material. I was as surprised as anyone when he got the job, but quietly confident that he could pull it off.
As such, watching him in SF trailer just makes me more excited than ever to see the film.
OK, but remember guys, it was my idea. I only asked someone to do it because I'm completely incompetant at such things.
;)
how was the audience reaction to the SKYFALL trailer.... I have no plans on seeing MIB3.
And as a result some one called me a dumbass on youtube! :-(
Well I'm glad to say I started and applause! But you could hear whispers of " wow that looks good" and other things like that.
And MIB3 was a pleasant surprise, I could think of many worse ways to spend 2 hours.
That's because youtube is infested with trolls. Your mash up made it on to the home page of MI6. Be proud ;)
But, I did see Hancock for the QoS trailer, so I may give in and go see this next week.
Its Will Smikth all the way with DC's Bond. It was that film with his son for CR, then Hancock for QOS (which I actually did go to see for the trailer) and now MIB3.
I agree. It was with The Da Vinci Code. The Pursuit of Happyness was not released until December of that year.
I'm going to see MIB3 (because I want to see it and not because of the trailer although I am looking forward to seeing the preview) tomorrow. I'll hopefully see the SF trailer on the big screen for the first time. With my luck they won't even show it though. LOL.
You right. I mixed it with the film, which followed after the Happiness trailer.
You can see a little bit of car driving in the trailer. But yes, the most footage I saw was the train/car chase sequences, and Bond in the London Underground. So, don't fret, we most certainly have not seen everything.
Agent Provocateur, as said in the trailer 'Agent: Provocateur' is a direct definition in the espionage world. It is an agent assigned to force an enemy of the state/group to commit an illegal act, presumably to bring them deserved justice. So basically an agitator attempting to force someone to do something they shouldn't.
Found that interesting, may play into the plot.
Also, about Bond 'missing shots' on the target, I tried to locate all the bullet holes:
That's four total I could see. Assuming he used a PPK and it contains a 7 round magazine, he may have missed 3 completely.
I agree with you. It also creates a nice double entendre. In addition I always find the addition of french words in Bond films very fleminguesque.
I saw the trailer last night with MIB3, but it was shown doubbed in german ~X( (they got an actor with a voice completely different from DC, and terrible acting). Good thing is it got everyone wispering (I could hear a few der neue Bond film!? around me), I think it was very well received. I could see a lot more detail in the big screen, the photography truly is amazing!!! And I was able to see the "missed shots" in the wall behind the target :-S
Cool preview. Like the contemporary electronic/dance club sounds towards the end. Ofcourse it only gives us a less than minuscule idea as to how good the film will actually be, to which I have my reservations, but a nice preview all the same.
Dig the shot of BT tower in the background! :)
