I believe he said it on BBC One, they were talking to him immediately after the teaser trailer was revealed.
In the interview in BBC after the trailer.
Did the BBC have any Bond interviews after the teaser?
EDIT: This thread is on fire. :P
i knew Deakins/Mendes would create a visually stunning film, but what was shown in the trailer exceeded my expectations... the man falling, the floating casino, the shot of Severine in hotel room - holy hell.... as i said, my mind was just blown and is now dripping down the wall next to my bed.... and the music for the trailer was terrific as well.
November cant come fast enough
During the interview he said "2hrs, 2hrs plus"
Yeah they interviewed some bloke called Michael G. Wilson :p
Well I have to give it to Eon, the stops have been well pulled out on this one!!!
That's what you get when you hirer top draw folks... Mendes - Deakins - Logan - DC - the list goes on....!
It all looking totally good for Bond and this 50th year..... :-B
*locations really look exciting
*the pieces of story and the grey athmosphere that we get remind me a lot of the movie "Tinker Taylor Soldier Spy" (adapted from John leCarré, which was in cinemas last summer)
*I loved the shaving and the bondian "we gonna kill them first"
*I missed the Bond theme (the hint starting at about 1:05 wasn't enough for me)
*I hope we get some more glamour, Bond is not only a spy or an action hero
sidenote: the interrogator slightly reminds me of sean connery :)
Yep, she took shaving lessons for this did you know?
Rating: AWESOME!!
Visuals are truly stunning. Very memorable images. This is going to be a good one!
I just really don't know what to think right now; it's so different! It looks like it's going to have an excellent story with some intense, diverse action, and I'm completely ready for it. I'll never forget the feelings I had when I first watched that - I was so nervous, I'm pretty sure I held my breath through the entirety of the teaser.
Watched it three times now, probably a thousand more when I wake up. Is it bad that I know some of us are out there, re-watching it, and I'm jealous? Haha. I just need sleep. Goodnight, all, enjoy dissecting it.
Oh, and I'm surmising that's Silva walking away from the manor?
I'm super excited, but I made myself stop watching after 58ish seconds....
I just realized how sad I'll be if I go to the theater and I would have already seen the trailer! No, I can't do that to myself. And I may have to take a break from this site as well to ensure I some spoil it for myself. Later guys!
The trailer is just so beautiful.
but if someone told me that Roger Deakins was the DP - i would believe them. lol.
Funny you should say that. I was thinking the exact same!
