    I'd say the announcement that Skyfall (Bond 23) was going to be made, finally after all the worry.

    And yes of course, the announcement that Skyfall would be made is #1. I was trying to think of other ones, too. I was also pretrty excited when I learned that Mendes would direct it.

    Anyway, as great as it was hearing that Bardem was in the film, I have to go with SF being announced too.

    #1 - Skyfall being confirmed for sure with Craig as Bond
    #2 - Mendes directing
    #3 - Bardem confirmed

    007 Legends PC version to use Steamworks, and that means it's not going to be COD-ised in the Windows PC version.

    1. EON announcing Bond films will return to being released every 2 years.
    2. EON announcing Daniel Craig will do at least one more in 2014.
    3. Craig getting Mendes hired and returning to the normal characterization. I'll still predict that people who don't like him will have a more positive opinion come November.

    It was mentioned when the whole MGM situation got resolved that the principals involved wanted new Bond films every 2 years.
