  Somehow I got put down for both OHMSS and DAF. I must say, you guys are right on the money though--both are my favorite Bond films. But for the sake of the game, like St. George, I'm going for the underdog. And while we're at it, I'll put @timmer down for DAF as well because I'm certain that's his favorite...

  btw...I could have sworn the Major's favorite was YOLT in spite of his love for all things Dalts. Is this true?

  I love YOLT, I really do, it was my first ever Bond and I have a special place in my heart for it. But my #1 Bond film is TLD.
  
  I'm sad to see that nobody here would rate YOLT as their #1.

  Sorry Major, but the chances of that seem between slim and non existent, I can never be happy about taking James Bond 007 and making him Japanese, and I hope others feelings are reciprocated
  
  It's a little sad to see no-one has picked Moonraker as a #1, as dumb as it is, it is a damn good Bond adventure, and maybe if this favorites thing had been done in a year from now, it may even have been my #1, but even that seems doubtful, getting better each time actually
  
  Real surprising that Doctor No isn't taken yet :-/

  There was a member on here for a brief time over the winter by the name of BorisScaramanga (maybe an underscore between the two?), and if I recall correctly, I believe his favorite Bond movie was Moonraker.

  Yes, I remember the name, bit of a character, but I don't think he had a favorite film so to speak, I thought it was Goldeneye if I remember, he liked the Grishenko character, but then we all got confused as to where Scaramanga fitted in. One of those ambiguous user names like DaltonCraig etc. I will always be adamant that Wizard Of Ice does not have On Her Majestys Secret Service as a personal favorite, simply on the basis I remember vividly it being torn to shreds from that general direction a few months back, I tried to look for the thread in question, but on here, needle in a haystack at times... (trying to find long lost discussions)

  Either people are being a bit fickle or have grasshopper changes of mind but isn't Haserot's favorite From Russia With Love? (it says Live and Let Die now), that's mine without question though
  
  I remain adamant that The Wizard Of Ice does not like On Her Majestys Secret Service
  
  I've noticed now, that one or two participants have more than one favorite Bond release, shouldn't only one film be enough, (as in their favorite above all else) ?

  I think OHMSS is Wizards favourite.
  
  I think Haserot said a page or two back he ranked LALD 7th and FRWL was his favourite, so I'm not sure why he's listed for LALD.

  I think the wrong list was copied a while ago, so some people's choices were taken out completely or reverted back to what they were to begin with, hence I had to add @Sharky back in.

  I think LALD is Haserot's favorite MOORE outing, but not his favorite Bond film of all time to be specific.

  So am I, it's quite the shock! With a lot of praise it receives on here, and the slack it gets because it is the first, I'm definitely surprised that no one has claimed it as their favorite yet!

  It shouldn't get any slack. It set the Bond standard and its successful brilliance led it open for all the films we have gotten henceforth. DN is a prize, absolute Bond magnificence, and one of the best in the franchise after all these years.

  Hahaha, I knew I might have stepped on Brady's toes with that one, sorry my friend! What I meant was, well, sometimes DN is just really boring because it's lacking in action and a good soundtrack. I like everything else, but without pumping music and sweet action scenes, it becomes a snooze fest often.

  tbh I always found DN one of Connery's weaker films. Give me GF, TB FRWL, YOLT and NSNA over DN anyday.
