I think he means the Opening visual Titles that play with the song.
In that case my favorite is Casino Royale's sequence with the people and scenery made to look like playing cards, very cool and old fashioned at the same time.

I was thinking of You Only Live Twice straight away. Lousy film, but we have Nancy Sinatra as theme artist and lots of images of Japanese ladies and mountain and volcano backgrounds too if I remember correctly, quite a distinctive red color was evident also for the designs I think
Tomorrow Never Dies is another example, Daniel Kleinman's title designs of cyber girls and technology acknowledgement, goes well with the super Sheryl Crow theme for that year
