  If this becomes overly political then I'll give it a miss. DC is already on a very short leash for me, so I hope they don't go low when they should go high.

  I just feel villains don’t need their own films especially not one as over used as the Joker... I just don’t get the idea to do this film at all and now with Baldwin’s casting it feels like it’s more of a anti trump film then a Joker movie

  Anyway, I´m happy Alec Baldwin´s Career is going well lately. I missed him in the late 90s and early 2000s. Saw him last night in Blackkklansman, he was fantastic.

  He had small role within the first few minutes of the film. I thought everything about this scene was strange and unnecessary. The rest of the film was pretty great though.

  If only they hit us with this AFTER Man of Steel 2 I would have felt better.
  
  I was also looking forward to his cameo in Shazam, which isn't happening now. Where does the DC Universe sit now? Are the Aquaman & Flash movies just going to be one-offs now, with no hope of seeing them again? Are we looking at a hard reboot coming soon or a recast of Superman? I will really miss him.

  A massive shame as I really liked Cavill as Superman despite the quality of the films not being up to the mark.
