Funny thing the other day (yesterday, I think) : While channel surfing, I saw a travel show (Invitation au Voyage on Arte), and the first report they showed this week was about the french town of Perpignan... Seen by the eyes of James Bond in John Gardner's License Renewed. Here's a link, if it can work in your country :

Sunday, march 27th 2022 at 20.15 CET (Summer Time) on RTL (Germany) :

    Skyfall.

Now, a big news (for those who live in France and can access that channel : Canal + has recovered the rights of the James Bond movies. To celebrate that, their channel C+ Grand Écran will : a) propose a Bond marathon as of April 007th (till april 10th), with the first 25 movies (including NSNA, but not CR '67)

    b) Propose one Bond movie every night (at 21.00 CET) thoughout april) and

    c) Air NTTD on Canal + on April 16th.

This will be accompanied by two documentaries about Daniel Craig and Bond. More info here :

Not specifically TV, but the 17th season of Who Do You Think You Are is now available on DVD (well, they mixed up the 17th and part of the 18th seasons), and the episode with Dame Judi Dench is included :

I intend, of course, to buy the set as soon as I'm back home from my vacation.

Looks like No Time To Die will premiere on ITV1 on New Years Day (Sunday 1st January) at 20:00.

Very quick turnaround if it turns out to be the case.

Not a movie, but in the TV documentary show Invitation au Voyage on the french/german channel Arte, there was a section about how James Bond was born in Tyrol, more precisely in Kitzbühel. Ian Fleming lived there when he was younger, and even wrote his first short story there. Here's a link, if you manage to play it :

Apparently No Time To Die's premiere on ITV1 got 2.9 million viewers.

Not surprising given there was very little promotion of the fact it was even on. Never once saw an ITV trailer for it, the 007 socials were quiet and it was made out to be a non-event.

Also, the ITV editors were out in full force for it. The Maddie/Safin opening watch butchered. Just about made it through the PTS before it went off.

Yes I was surprised not to see any trailers for it (although I hadn't caught much ITV over the preceding days)- they even had all of the previous Craig films on leading up to it.

2.9 million isn't a terrible figure though- The Masked Singer got 3.7; Happy Valley and Call the Midwife got 4.9 each.

At least, for those who missed it, they can probably catch it on ITV2 once a week for the next year 😂
