    I wonder if there are other German covers besides just TB?? I would love to see them.

    More than likely. Finding them is another question though, I'll go on a hunt and see what I can find!

    annoyingly the british Covers of Carte Blance were so much better then the american ones.

    yes... and even then, the British ones were kind of dull - but much better than the tripe we got here sacked with here in the states...

    same goes for Devil May Care - when they first showed the cover art with the flower and the outline of the naked girl being the stem, i was like "Damn, thats a clever and cool cover!" - needless to say i was upset that was only the UK cover - and needless to say again, that i was even more upset with the cover we got here in US.... it was better than Carte Blanche's cover, but not by much...

    i wish the publishers would hire some cover artists with actual talent............................................ hmmm................... maybe i should forward along my resume and work lol.

    see... look what i did in 30 minutes..... and you're going to tell me that people actually paid to come up with the crap we got for the US covers of both DMC and CB? - i soo badly want to take their jobs - and the jobs of the awful game box cover artists over at Activision who do their Bond covers... sack these 3 or 4 people and just hire me lol - i'll save your respected companies money lol .. :>

    i honestly do not know.... maybe it's all in what the author wants? - but if that were the case, why do we get 2, 3 or sometimes 4 different covers?... i believe it to be the publisher's call...... for a book - the cover doesn't need to be flashy and over the top like a movie poster - but it should be eye catching... DMC and CB were certainly not... if i had means to print out my own covers for the books, i would've done so already lol.
