    His reteaming with Scorsese - 'The Irishman' - starts filming next year, with Al Pacino, as well. Looks like he's got some more good films to go.

    British legend James Hunt, the 1976 Formula 1 World Champion, was born on this day in 1947. He died of a heart attack at age 45 in 1993.

    First episode aired on this date in 1966. It was cancelled after only three seasons, as it was a flop. It only gained a large audience during the re-runs in the 70s. That s when I became a fan as well.

    The Roald Dahl Centenary is a time for celebration of a life well lived. I love Dahl's adult short stories, many of which featured in the TV anthology series Tales of the Unexpected. A personal favourite of mine is 'Parson's Pleasure'.
