From The Express, some tributes to the late Roger Moore.

The episode of From The Earth To The Moon featuring his mission was one of the funniest in the series.
And I just learned of the demise of one of my favourite TV and radio hosts, Pierre Bellemare, at 88.

I loved hearing him telling stories about famous (and not so famous) crimes on the radio in the 70s.
Of course it was. RIP, Mr Bean.
For a moment there I thought you meant Rowan Atkinson had died.
Wow, just wow!!

RIP Eunice Gayson.
Me too. Sad to hear about this, and today, Sylvia.
Gutted. I used to love his programmes. Really eye opening discovering different cultures and their food habits.
Gayson said in 2012 that filming the scene had not been easy as Sean Connery struggled with the line.
She said: "He had to say Bond, James Bond, but he came out with other permutations like Sean Bond, James Connery. 'Cut! Cut! Cut!'"
At the instigation of the director, Terence Young, Gayson took Mr Connery for a drink, and he returned to deliver it perfectly.
That “drink” did wonders
She was quite the beauty in her day. She was also in my favourite Hammer Horror: Frankenstein film, The Revenge Of Frankenstein.
RIP
If Lois Maxwell had accepted the role of Sylvia Trench, I wonder if Eunice Gayson would have been offered the role of Moneypenny? She would have been great at that as well.
