R.I.P. Sid Haig saw him in a few Rob Zombie films back in the day
Gone to the great Batcave in the sky with his master king Tut......RIP Mr Haig
Wow I totally forgot Sid was in this, I have the complete series on Bluray
James Bond : Yes, it was.
(Sid Haig) Slumber Inc. Attendant : I got a brudder.
James Bond : Small world.
Bloody hell it never clicked with me that this was Sid Haig or I am suffering memory loss lol
Let’s also remember him from his short turn in DAF (“I gotta brudder…”).
RIP Sid Haig.
But hey, this may be his best: "Ripple" Music by Garcia, words by Robert Hunter: "If I knew the way, I would take you home."

You beat me to it. Sad news. I always loved Jessye Norman. Her Christmastide record is one of my family's favourite.

I remember Jessye Norman from her collaboration with Vangelis. Ethereal and divine.

RIP.
Agreed. For those of us of a certain age, her role as the lead on “Julia” (1968-1971) was an important role model and symbol.

I must say that the only time I saw him was in the "Funeral Roast" sketch from Amazon Women on the Moon.
And here, we're mourning for Philippe Tome, the writer of the comic strip series Le Petit Spirou,

And the first man to walk in space, cosmonaut Alexei Leonov, has died, aged 85 :

Just before I left for work this morning, I checked in on the status of the latest EVA at the International Space Station, and saw that someone had noted his passing. Spacewalks may seem like fun and games, but they require a lot of planning on the ground and a lot of mental focus and moxie once in orbit. It is hard to believe that, as of today, there have been 220 US and Russian spacewalks devoted to ISS construction and maintenance since 1998. Alexei would be (and was) proud to see an activity that he first undertook in 1965 has become – to the general public at-least – routine.
To add, Alexei Leonov, he was also the Soviet commander of the Apollo-Soyuz joint mission in 1975.
