Another of the musical greats is gone: Jerry Jeff Walker. Probably his most famous song is "Mr. Bojangles," covered by countless musicians -- including Bob Dylan. If Dylan covers your song, you KNOW you've got a great song!

Yes, I am of that generation.
Do think he was funnier in later years on shows such as Not Going Out!

Just had a message from my brother, saying that John Sessions has passed away. Though he had an eclectic career, I will always remember him for his impressions on Stella Street.

One of his "dubbing doubles", actor Claude Giraud, has passed away yesterday, aged 84. He had dubbed Sir Sean in The Name of the Rose. But he's more well-known for his aprt as arab revolutionary Slimane in The mad Adventures of Rabbi Jacob, by Gérard Oury, with Louis de Funes.

Singer, comedian and entertainer Des O’Connor has sadly passed away at the age of 88.
Well known to the British public, and the butt of many jokes from Morecambe and Wise over the years.
    RIP

Sad to hear of the death of Des O'Connor at the age of 88. He always seemed like such a good-natured man who didn't mind a laugh at his own expense. Here he is on one of his shows with the brilliant stand-up comic Mick Miller:

And a famous cigar advert that referenced his alleged bad singing:

Oh no. :( I heard about a month ago that he was doing well. He is over Rainbow Bridge now, no more troubles. My coldolances to his family, i'm sure Kaden will miss him. His little tantrums were so entertaining, bless him.

@MaxCasino. My condolences on your loss. I like to think that someday – somewhere – we will all be reunited with our friends.

As @Fire_and_Ice_Returns stated, pets are a big part of our lives and families. In fact, sometimes they become the glue that holds them together – especially in stressful times.
    RIP Zeus.

R.I.P. Maradona great player, certainly the best of his era and I was lucky enough to see those games on TV in my youth. 60 is too young though I don't think any of us are surprised.
