I thought that too, but there are the female figures dancing in silhouette in the DR. NO Title Sequence , but I guess they aren't really scantily clad.

Yes, between you, you have it. They are the only two movies without scantily clad women in the title credits. Yes, Dr No has women dancing, but they are not what you call scantily clad (skirts below the knee etc).

They are the only 2 villains to wear a uniform for disguise. Army and Police.

Well, Auric and Silva each appear in their own films (GF and SF) main titles. So, I guess that's it

OK, really stretching it here, but bear with me: In the main title sequence for GF, Goldfinger's appearance shown is taken from the scene where he meets Bond before playing golf. Now, in SF Silva appears in the main title sequence with a pistol aimed at Bond, which may allude to the scene when he aims his pistol at Severine during their William Tell game. So...during their first meetings they play a "game"?

What's the relationship between Thunderball, The Man with the Golden Gun, and The Spy Who Loved Me?

Here's a hint - it has something to do with villains, and Diamonds Are Forever would've been counted if it were not for For Your Eyes Only.

Nope. It has something to do with where they died.

Besides, there's a lot more villains who were surprised when they died.

They died surrounded by water ?

Nope. Here's another hint: it has to do with the number of times their place of death was shown. Don't try actually counting the number of times those places were shown, it's not anything like that.

All three places were at sea and we saw them enough times to get the idea. :)

Oh, it was that those were the only villains to have died in a location they were previously shown residing in without Bond's presence. Tough, yeah, I know. Please don't kill me.
