Meet Jeffery Deaver, international best-seller and author of the new James Bond novel, Carte Blanche, who will be in conversation with Michael Binyon, foreign policy specialist, The Times. Like Fleming, Deaver has taken inspiration from exotic locations around the world and the new Bond is a fast-paced and action packed thriller.
