    1. And this is my favourite moment from any Bond film, not just Dalton's tenure - the scene where he confronts Pushkin in his hotel room.

    2. Lighting Sanchez.

    3. Saunders' death at the fair.

    4. "Switch the bloody machine off!"

    5. The Necros fight.

I'm also gonna cheat a little bit and give special mention to the kitchen fight scene in TLD. OK, Dalton isn't even in it, but it's probably one of the best fight sequences the series ever did, with these two guys just throwing everything at each other to try and take their opponent down. It's brutal.

    1. Opening moment on Gibraltar. Great entrance and brilliant PTS - one of the best in the series.
    2. Whole sniper sequence in Czechoslovakia.
    3. Pushkin 'hands behind back' scene with classic Barry score in the background.
    4. Bonding with Q in LTK - a much appreciated bit of levity.
    5. The Aston Martin Vantage.

    1) The two PTS
    2) Lighting Franz Sanchez
    3) The sniper sequence and the quote "whoever she was, I must have scared the living daylights out of her"
    4) The quote : "Smiert spionam - Death to spies" lighting a cigaret in the cottage
    5) Inside the hotel room with Pushkin
  • Most of the ones already mentioned above, plus...
Blowing out a cloud of dismissive cigarette smoke as Pushkin babbles during the safe house debriefing.

Dalton gets across "This sounds like B.S." without any dialog, just an expression and some ciggy smoke.

I already said my 5 but since I recently watch LTK there are two moments that draw my attention:

    - Bond having his coffee without cream or sugar after Sanchez offering. A faithful reference to the drinking habits of Fleming's Bond.
    - Bond confronting Pam for meeting with Heller. I love the look on Dalton's face after she says that there's more than his vendetta. It was as if he really reflects on how far he will go with his vengeance.

Bond's "stuff my orders" line as he drives off after Yorgi's get away.

    Bond's interrogation of Pushkin.

    Bond's reaction to Saunders' death.

    "Fishing for Sanchez".

Bond confronting Lupe in her cabin quarters.

    1. The whole PTS of TLD
    2. Bond confronts Pushkin
    3. M and Bond butting heads at the Hemingway house & M revoking Bond's licence.
    4. The whole action/chase sequence with the car in TLD
    5. Saunders getting murdered & that look on Bond's face when he pops that balloon before springing into action.

Just wanted to add that Sanchez always gets a chuckle from me here: Robert Davi's delivery is so perfect "What do you want us to do with the money?" Sanchez: "Launder it".
I'd like to mention that great setup he gets too:
"What did he promise you? His heart? Give her his heart." Such a brutal scene.

    -Hercules fight
-Diving around the Wavekrest, then harpooning onto a plane, then wavesurfing the plane, then holding onto the plane in the air, then hijacking the plane, oooooooh.
-Cocaine grinder, including: "Switch the BLOODY MACHINE OFF!!!!!!!!!"
-"Don't you want to know why?"

    I'll go with the following:

    1. The Living Daylights PTS
    2. Death of Saunders reaction
    3. "You earned it. You keep it.........old buddy"
    4. Sanchez death by lighter
    5. Interrogation of Pushkin

HM: Things were about to turn nasty. Accent slips out.

    1) The whole Sniper scene in Licence To Kill. ("Watch the birdie, you b**tard!")
    2) Interrogating Pushkin in The Living Daylights.
    3) Climbing down the roof of Sanchez's Casino in Licence To Kill.
    4) Infiltrating Whitaker's mansion and his fight with him in The Living Daylights.
    5) His first conversation with Sanchez and the cocky laughter on both of their parts in Licence To Kill.

    Honourable Mention:
Struggling at the edge of the Jeep in The Living Daylights.

    1. Hotel scene with Pushkin. Electric scene and one of my favourite of all the Bond films
    2. The drugged scene in TLD. "I was the one sent to kill you..." Great acting from Dalton in this scene.
    3. TLD PTS. He sold me as Bond in this fantastic sequence. Serious, driven and handled the action really well.
    4. The death of Saunders. "Yes....I got the message.." Dalton delivers the line with a real 'someone's gonna pay' look in his eyes.
    5. The defection scenes in TLD. Absolutely pure Fleming.

I agree with most of the ones mentioned, and I do like the roof top chase after the pushkin assassination.

    In no particular order:

    "Yeeessss, I got the message"

"Whoever she was, must've scared the living daylights out of 'er."

"Shaken - not stirred." From LTK

" Watch the birdie, you bastard."

"I've had a few optional extras installed."

Way too many to decide on just 3.
All the ones mentioned so far. The PTS alone was worth the price of entry to see TLD.
(And it quite rightly won the poll here for best pre-credits sequence!)
Other @smaller' moments from the Best Bond
!. The look of disbelief on Bond as Koskov relates his story in the Safe House
    2. Reacting to an insipid cup of coffee when meeting Saunders at the fairground café.
    3. Eyeing up Pam as she disrobes before slipping into the water on the Wavekrest.
    4. Roaring at Felix and his men to "Come on" as they board the helicopter to chase Sanchez!.

    My favourite Bond as well.

    1. When he sits, completed exhausted, on that rock after LTK's climax. Looking back at the events while fighting against his tears. Best acted moment in Bond history.

    2. Bratislava opera scene and Koskov escape.

    3. Pushkin interrogation.

    4. Sanchez office scene.

    5. Finally showing Saunders some appreciation and the anger after the latter's assassination.
