i freakin' love Alice Cooper, and this album along with Hey Stoopid are my personal favorites.
Here's a band that deserves more recognition.
On subject of Stones, Clapton--Eric wowed em '75 Stones US Tour-six sold out nights in Madison Sq Garden and one night Clapton strolled out to play along on Sympathy for the Devil-remember a review, he wore weird in drag makeup job but hit the heights on guitar. Always been some rock legends that clapton quietly is on some of beggars banquet and let it bleed uncredited. will have to look that one up in my stones archives. And RIP to Duane Allman collaborating w/Clapton on Layla, another fantastic team up. 70s rock, hard to beat.
I have never seen them live, but I believe you.
I had A Whiter shade of Pale on vinyl a long time ago, great track.
You may have heard the first track on this album -- "White Bird" was something of it hit circa 1969 or so -- but the whole album is just awesome. Give it a listen if you've got 40 minutes to spare...
