  Another young diector getting the keys to a Star Wars film then. Josh Trank's is due 2018 I take it.
  
  It's odd when you realise the first standalone film will have been filmed before we even see Episode VII.
  
  Oh and bad news about Harrison, hopefully they can work around it while he recovers.

  Kinda disappointing. I was hoping for either a new director each film, or one director for the whole trilogy.

  I picked up these awesome comics called 'Star Wars Infinities'- has anyone read them?
  Basically they take one significant event from each of the movies and changed it, which in turn screws everything else up.
  
  
  
  For A New Hope, Luke's crucial shot misses the Death Star, in Empire Strikes Back Luke dies in the snow on Hoth and in Return of the Jedi the gang fails to save Han from Jabba the Hutt. It's really wild what crazy directions the stories go. They end up with completely different endings

  I liked a few things from the Infinites comics, but I felt that they were overall forgettable. There were beats that just weren't done well (I don't give a sh*t how propaganda the Empire is, "Justice Star"?!), but they weren't completely horrible, like some of the Clone Wars comics, or Dark Empire II.
