I haven’t seen any of Marvel’s spinoff series, but Pugh was easily the best part of Black Widow. I’ve enjoyed Scarlett Johansson throughout the rest of the MCU and in other films like Ghost in the Shell and Lost in Translation, but she turned into complete wallpaper acting opposite Pugh, Harbour, and Weisz in her own film. I think Pugh could have her own Marvel film and audiences would turn up.
Star Wars can give her her own film too. ;)
Hopefully he stays on the whole time.
Spoilers...
Great power to have if you just missed your bus.

If I ignore the major issues with this series, this episode was easily the best so far.
Didn’t Rian Johnson say this for his own trilogy? Hopefully Waititi gets a chance to finish his project(s).
That's the way to go, I want an Old Republic era film.
What part destroyed Canon?
At one point a character who is chronologically featured in a later installment was seemingly killed a few episodes ago. A lot of fans jumped on that as canon violation, without considering that character most likely survived. Lo and behold, that character is still alive.
As I said last week:
and it looks like this process has begun; but really quite well, I thought. Very clever idea to make that her backstory, and it makes sense of the opening to the series now.
But even if that is an inconsistency, it's hardly a massive one in the grand scheme of things. It's certainly not on the level of "Somehow, Palpatine returned."
I'm really enjoying the series and I'm looking forward to the final episode.
I was really satisfied with how that was handled. I knew he was going to come back, but they executed it very nicely. I really like the physical performance of the guy playing him, too. Great voice, great strut.
"Your Highness, we LITERALLY just had a massive battle over those plans an hour ago. You and I were both there. Ring a bell?"
To be fair, Lucas did his own retcons, but he's allowed to since it's his franchise.
That’s a dumb argument. Whoever has control over the franchise are allowed to do whatever they want with it.
But I agree that ROGUE ONE is terrible.
The whole shows existence.

Going forward I will view Disney Star Wars as Elseworld stories otherwise I just wont enjoy it.
Vadar had some badass moments amongst the mess.
On the logic of the this show Qui Gon should be alive, Lightsabers are clearly not lethal anymore.
I think in the film she didn't get to meet him, did she? It's been a while since I saw it. And apparently her response upon being freed is to say "Ben Kenobi is here?" which I guess you can read as having some familiarity to it. I know her hologram message is all about 'you served my father in the Clone Wars' but as you say, it's an inconsistency which you can handwave away. You could say she's acting as the Princess there so is being more formal about her request, and in fact she gets more desperate towards the end and says famously 'Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope' which I guess you can read as being a more personal appeal.
Yeah, you've refreshed my memory. It makes me want to watch the film again next week after I finish episode 6! :)
I don't think Reva's plan is too ridiculous because she ultimately does not have one. Vader is the most powerful Sith in the galaxy (after the Emperor) so the only way she was ever going to get herself into a position to have a go at him was through blind luck.
If Vader's willingness to allow things to transpire is out of character then that's fine, but my read of it retrospectively was that he only did so to draw Kenobi out. He knew Reva wasn't going to be a problem for him.
Yep, that's true, but it's Star Wars I guess :)
I can't remember how she worded it but perhaps she was serious about being an Inquisitor right up until the moment where she happened to meet Vader, realised/sensed he was Anakin at that point, and she decided she wanted revenge then. As you say, just blind luck rather than a plan, and Vader must have made plenty of enemies over the years so it's not unlikely that plenty of folk who bump into him bear a grudge!
What I thought was rather bold (because of timing rather than planning perhaps, but equally it's timing which comes around all too often) was the parallels Reva's story from the Jedi Temple had with stories of recent horrible events in American schools. Hopefully that hit home in a few US minds.
Makes sense to me: he shouldn't see anyone as a threat apart from Ben, really, so I can imagine he'd be totally up for letting his opponents run their plans out just so he can see what he can get out of them, and then swat them like flies.
"Kenobi is all that matters now."
This is the same universe where someone can get cut in half and survive. What Reva got only counts as a flesh wound.
However, why does no one die from a lightsaber to the gut anymore? That's how Qui Gon bit the dust, but now it's like you can shake it off as if just it's a minor wound or something. That's really annoying. Plus, why does Vader not kill Reva? I kind of liked that he tricked and used her, but it seemed out of character for him not to finish her off now. Is he counting on her leading him back to Obi Wan? I don't know.
From watching A New Hope, it doesn't seem like she knew him personally, more than likely had just heard stories passed down from her father, but I'm not too bothered about it from an inconsistency standpoint. Like you said, you can make it fit if you really wanted to. My problem is that it's disappointing that they seem to be making the same mistake Lucas did with the prequels, that everyone knew each other. Like Anakin building C-3P0 and Yoda and Chewbacca having fought together in that battle in Episode 3. Not everything has to be connected! I'm glad they've shown restraint in not showing us a young Han Solo...at least not yet.
I just cannot get past the appalling nonsensical writing in this show, they cannot even stay consistent with there own internal logic from episode to episode its that bad.
The message from Bail Organa was so lazy as a plot device and made Bail and Obi Wan look utterly stupid.
A small part of me died inside after watching that.
Age and experience certainly play a part, but McGregor's performance here far eclipses those in the prequels. The Guinness-isms feel more organic and less hammy.
A couple of obvious flaws aside, it was a very decent show.
