@benny Wow. We share 6 of the top 7, 10 of the top 12, AND the bottom 2
@IGotTheMessage
As of today with 124 unique rankings, the MI6Community cumulative ranking is:

7. TSWLM (1911)
8. DN (1905)
9. GE (1896)
10. TB (1780)
11. LTK (1685)
12. SP (1594)
13. FYEO (1581)
14. LALD (1378)

20. MR (935)
21. DAF (909)
22. TWINE (885)
23. AVTAK (759)
24. DAD (470)
* 24 points to 1st and 1 point to last place.
* The films are separated into 6 tiers which I have found to be very consistent with other Bond forums and also ranking found across the internet
Observations:
* Since Spectre's release, Skyfall has fallen / TLD has risen. AVTAK has fallen
* The "general population" view OHMSS, TLD and OP less favourably, and view Goldfinger and TWINE more favourably
* FRWL and OHMSS are the only films without a 23rd or 24th ranking
* YOLT/LALD/MR/OP/AVTAK/DAD do not currently have a 1st place ranking post-spectre
1st place breakdown
CR (21.8%)
FRWL (16.1%)
OHMSS (15.3%)
GF (11.3%)
TLD (8.1%) - interesting to see this here
24th place breakdown
DAD (37.4%)
DAF (10.6%)
TWINE (8.9%)
QOS (8.1%)
AVTAK (6.5%)
Personally I would kick TLD and GF out of that top 6.
I did say 'personally' @Mathis1 he he ;)
@barryt007 I'm going to call you back end of horse for putting TLD dead last!
Are you calling me a Milovy arse ?
Like Diamonds Are Forever. Except CR67 had a shred of innovation
CR'67 shouldn't even be discussed in here,it is the biggest crock of shit known to man.
To even compare it to DAF is an insult to any EON Bond film.
Great minds @w2bond. Great minds my friend.
Just finished the Roger Moore Bond films. Was a little hard to get through, especially since his passing. Sir Roger always has been my favourite Bond. Even the low ranking AVTAK was more enjoyable than normal. Maybe for sentimental reasons, but despite everything Sir Rog always gave Bond his all. You could never call him bored. His charm and personality is more than evident. He was a very good James Bond in my opinion.
I could once again re-rank some of these films. I think I'll watch the Dalton duo before I do that though.
1.) Goldfinger 89℅
2.) Casino Royale 89%
3.) Skyfall 86%

10.) The Living Daylights 66℅
11.) Live and Let Die 65%
12.) On Her Majesty's Secret Service 64%
13.) For Your Eyes Only 64%
14.) Spectre 61℅

This is my compilation of the "population at large" rankings (since Spectre). This will inevitably contain some rankings from Bond fans too. It's not too different from the pre-spectre list. I got this from youtube, blogs, social media (forum, reddit), and entertainment sites.

Not too different from RT either. Except OHMSS is too low on RT
You sound like a bundle of joy....
How would you come to that conclusion?
It's very popular around these parts. Its in my top ten....
You must give me the name of your oculist.
To me, OHMSS is a masterpiece. It's my number one.
How do you think the script is ill conceived? Do you mean the basic plot?
Almost every Bond film is overlong.
First world problems: there's too much Bond in my Bond!
Any type of film criticism is a "first world problem".
A minor flaw. They preferred to stay loyal to the book and I think it was a good choice.
The quality of OHMSS lies in its atmospherical cinematography, its excellent music score and the revolutionary editing.
But the real highlight of this film is a story which presents us with a vulnerable, human Bond (or action hero in general) for the first time.
OHMSS has style and class written all over it.
