And what about a decent sound system? What have you?
It's a Sony 5.1 surround system that I've had a couple of years. Works a treat.
This has previously been brought up; Campbell is a very fit, energetic, vital 72 year old, age is not an issue. I would love for him to bookend Daniel's tenure as Bond.
It does make all the difference. Blew my brother's ears off when I put on CR to show off my new tv/surround sound system a few years back.
Dude, I like the film probably almost as much as you do, but keep it down... you might inadvertently ignite another Brosnan bash-fest.... just sayin'.
:-$
Should we give a call to @Murdock and his shrinking machine?
I thought Bikel was great he would have been a great Goldfinger. He also seemed very physically fit.
I am right there with you, 100%.
Psst, I love it as well. Keep that under your hats....
You Only Live Twice
I'm glad to report that this version of Blowers had his socks on. Daft as a very daft thing, but it is saved, partially, by some fantastic production values.
I feel it does a few things better then spectre and Spectre does a few things better.
But over all OHMSS is a top 10 film
@MajorDSmythe I know this has been a few months back but which Dalton film did you enjoy seeing on the big screen more, TLD or LTK?
I get why you think that but for me the off camera voice reminded me more of Dr.No speaking to Dent, purely from a vocal perspective but when Blofeld shows up on screen and all 3 are talking about the meteor then yeah, that fits more in line with evoking the 1 million dollars aquarium scene.
That's a tough call. Both had sequences that benefited from the big screen treatment. Ok, I will pick TLD, but only because it was/is my favourite Bond. I regret not attending the 6th double, to see OHMSS on the big screen.
Bruce Willis was a poor Bond, though. Worse than Brosnan.
