    Halloween 2018 was overrated and I'm sick of Jamie Lee Curtis. That being said, this is great news. More Halloween the better. My second favorite franchise.

    I really liked the last one and would have enjoyed another, but two might be pushing it a bit. Nonetheless, I'm excited overall. I will always enjoy Michael's killing sprees.

    I'm inclined to agree with you on both counts. It had its moments, but I didn't get from it what a lot of other people got. As for Jamie Lee Curtis, it feels like she only wants to be associated with the films when it suits her. And I thought what they tried to do with Laurie in Halloween '18, was done better in Halloween H20.

    Agreed. Laurie's character in H20 was really interesting. Having her in hiding, a near alcoholic neurotic with a son, but still a strong and resilient woman was a really good idea and played brilliantly by Jamie Lee. In the new film she was basically one dimensional.

    I like Curtis' characterisation of Strode in both films, but as far as I'm concerned the newest film is superior to all the other sequels in almost every way so I'll be sticking with that from now on.

    H20 did its best to trim the fat of garbage the sequels before it wrapped around Myers, and didn't do a bad job of it, but Resurrection managed to undo all of that in about seven minutes.

    If Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends are in anyway decent, I'll most likely forget about all of the previous sequels unless I'm doing a full marathon.

    I feel that way, but towards the Texas Chainsaw Massacre films. Unless I am having a TCM marathon, which doesn't happen often, I am more likely to watch the first and third films.

    Yeah, I completely understand the thinking there. TCM is equally fragmented in terms of quality.

    Guys I made this fan poster for Scream. I really would like to see the franchise return to the big screen. This poster was an idea I had for if they ever rebooted the franchise. A lot of new slashers are going for the simple posters, so I thought I'd stick with that.

    IT: Chapter 2 to clock in at 2 hours & 50 minutes, 35 minutes longer than the previous film.
