For some reason I think your judgement may be a tad bit biased on this matter. I can't quite put a finger on why, though... :-?

Needless to say FRWL is one of my favourite Bond films.
I'm going to miss this thread... sniff....
2. Screenplay - 8. Minus points for the unnecessary stuff after the Orient Express.
3. Script - 10.
4. Plot - 9. Again, the unnecessary stuff.
5. Action - 9. Everything is perfect until the NbNW helicopter ripoff.
6. Main Villain - 10. Best Blofeld ever. (Grant is clearly a henchman and Klebb isn't a big enough factor for me to consider her the villain).
7. Main Bond Girl - 10. God. Damn.
8. Bond - 10. Connery at his best, not counting Thunderball. Quintessential Bond portrayal.
9. Sets - 7. I don't find much other than the catacombs and the train overly memorable, unfortunately. Did Adam do the sets for this film? It doesn't seem like it.
10. Music - 9. It's John Barry's true debut! He did better scores and highly improved with time, so I can't give this a 10 in good conscience, but it is an excellent Bond score nonetheless.
11. Cinematography - 10. Absolutely.
12. Fleming - 8. Minus points for changing the ending and for the egregious action after the fight with Grant.
13. Supporting Cast - 5. ALI KERIM BEY! ALI KERIM BEEEEEEYYYYYY!
14. Main Titles - 3. Bit hard to read at times. I much prefer Goldfinger's to these.
15. Plausibility - 5. Nothing far fetched here. One of the most down to earth Bond films ever.
16. Pace - 4. Minus a point (again) for the extraneous stuff.
17. Editing - 4. Minus points for awful back projection work in the ending.
18. Tilt - 5. Connery's best film and, naturally, one of the best Bonds ever.

Let's give a hand to the man responsible for putting this gem together! You're the man, @royale65!
But why stop here? Why not make a "Rate the various categories of well known film classics" thread? There are plenty of films out there waiting to be rated. Could be fun...? And it could be interesting to see how they rank in relation to the Bond films...
Just my suggestion... ;;)

All in all, my own ranking correspond-ish roughly with the communities. The Brosnan films suffered greatly, although my beloved The World Is Not Enough only ranked 18th in my scores, and 19th in the communities. Sniff.
Other discrepancies were the scores of QoS (I ranked it higher) and GoldenEye.

Both TWINE and TB dropped rather steeply. But on the whole, my "gut" rankings matched the "scientific" rankings quite well.
Overall Reflections -
The first three were as I expected. In fact, they are my top three films, and in the same order to boot. I was delighted to see The Spy Who Loved Me rated so very highly by the members of this very fine forum.
Dr No, despite being the début film done, held on well to take 6th place. Talking of the Connery era films, it was a bit shocking to see both Goldfinger and Thunderball round out the top ten. Usually Goldfinger does well, on these type of tests. C'est la vie...
Even more surprising was Skyfall, an unremarkable 13th. Casino Royale rode high, but it's successor, well... The Dalton's were a mixed bag as well; The Living Daylights was comfortably inside the top ten, but true to form Licence To Kill was divisive.
Two of the films the legend that is Sir Rog starred in, TSWLM (4th) and For Your Eyes Only (8th), were in the top ten, and Octopussy was only a smidgen away being 12th. More to the point A View To A Kill was in the quite heady spot of 15th! Congratulations!
I began this thread with a simple hypothesis - to see if our "gut" feeling can be translated in to hard, empirical numbers. Conclusion - Looking at all the rankings, there were not too many differences. It can be done. Sure, take TB for example. I rate that particular film quite highly, but the maths didn't bear it out. Still, it was a worthy experiment. :-)
All that needs saying is thank you to all that have participated, in this little experiment. I hope you had fun, certainty as much as I enjoyed hosting this thread.
I'll see you all next year in the build up to B24! ;-)
Thank you again!!!
Solid top ten there in the end, with and excellent top 3.
Thanks for all the hard work on your part. And well done.
And 4 of the top 5 match my own. It's good that so many of you have the same great taste. :-bd \m/
But, going on the films I enjoy most, the final ranking is quite different to mine.
I'm glad FYEO made the top ten, as I absolutely adore this film.
AVTAK has done considerably better than previous games and such (did it come in at 19th place in the film elimination game?), so to break out of the bottom five is very good indeed.
And thanks again to @royale65, this has been one of my favourite threads.
First up is the spoof Bond film, which has an all star cast including David Niven, Peter Sellers, Ursula Andress, Orson Welles and Woody Allen:
