Gina Carano might be good as a cia operative kinda like Holly Goodhead in moonraker. She could have some good action scenes given her MMA background.
Antje Traue
She's increadably beautiful, unknown in the west (but as I understand it just about the best Bollywood has to offer right now) and she just shines onscreen!
Please keep the suggestions coming, but only serious, and suitably appropriate ones.
I meant to point out how ridiculously young most of the suggested actors were, especially in comparison to Craig.
I wouldn't mind someone older there are some very attractive older women who would be fine as a bond girl the Penlope Cruz rumor for example
Or Berenice Bejo, Hayley Atwell, Emily Blunt, Rosario Dawson, Rachel McAdams, Rashida Jones... At least in their thirties.

Some people those days mabey will say Felicity Jones is Uk version of Jennifer Lawrence.
Felicity Jones together with Ralph Fienes earlier this year in Canada.
How about Keisha Castle Hughes?? She may be young, but I think she'd make for an interesting character
Way too young for Craig-Bond. Maybe for his successor.
I'd probably have to agree on that one. In keeping with the Down Under theme, Rose Byrne comes to mind for me
Keisha Castle Hughes be a good sugestion for small part Bond girl based she is now 23 years old. She can play a victem or employer of Quantum water thing. Besides the 2 actres for bigger parts and i don't mind if this be 2 British as said before i whant besides the return of Olga Kurylenko a part for Andrea Riseborough. Of course it be nice to have have one or two non British actres too.
With M being a man again, with for example 4 actress and 2 of them British we have 5 actress in total with Eve and 3 of them British. With Fienes, Wishaw, Daniel Craig, Kinnear, Christensen and Wight we have 7 britsh actors, 1 American, 2 none british chacters and 1 Danish. If Bond go to India or China then it be good if those 2 none british chacters having a connection with those country's.
Biggest changle be to find original casting idea's then only to young people and Bristish/European.
I'm certainly not one for the recurring actor/actress thing. I am particularly bugged by the return of Maud Adams and Joe Don Baker in different roles.
With that said...
I would LOVE to have Rosamund Pike back! She was one of the most beautiful Bond girls to have ever graced the big screen and she was wasted in DAD.
Pike's return will be greatly appreciated, but what role will she play? Not another villain accomplice.
I don't like too many Bond girls.. Just 1 ally and another complex, pro-villain seductress. I prefer to see Bond girls w interesting characters, not just quantity of booties. Don't get me wrong; the 2 Bond girls still NEED to be hot-- style and substance.
Tatiana Maslany http://www.hitfix.com/galleries/overlay/breakout-stars-from-2013-who-will-be-even-bigger-in-2014/10
Breakout project of 2013: "Orphan Black"
What to look forward to in 2014: Season two of this cult breakout series debuts April 19, and we're pretty sure more clone hijinks will be in the offing. But Maslany (who also had a guest spot on "Parks and Recreation" this year) is likely to be getting more attention for her exceptional work -- playing seven characters in one series has actually earned her a Golden Globe nomination. Not bad for a sci-fi basic cable series.

Margot Robbie http://www.hitfix.com/galleries/overlay/breakout-stars-from-2013-who-will-be-even-bigger-in-2014/14
Breakout project of 2013: The 23 year-old blonde from Down Under, who cut her teeth on long-running Australian soap "Neighbors" (an institution whose graduates range from Guy Pearce to Kylie Minogue), made a brief impression in Richard Curtis's time-travel romcom "About Time." Her real arrival, however, came shortly afterwards in Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street," in which she plays Leonardo DiCaprio's fuming trophy wife -- in a film so male-ruled that it has attracted charges of misogyny in some quarters, hers is the most flavorful female character, and her performance has drawn comparisons to Sharon Stone's Oscar-nominated work in "Casino."
What to look forward to in 2014: Well, the talk about "The Wolf of Wall Street" is only getting started, but once that dies down, we can look ahead to her sparring with Will Smith -- they play lovers in the crime comedy "Focus." On the prestige front, she has a supporting role in WWII romance "Suite Francaise," with Michelle Williams and Matthias Schoenaerts, plus crime drama "Violent Talent" with Garrett Hedlund.

Stassi Schroeder http://www.hitfix.com/galleries/overlay/breakout-stars-from-2013-who-will-be-even-bigger-in-2014/15
Breakout project of 2013: Stassi became synonymous with psycho mean girl (with a soft spot for bad boys who tattoo her name on their arms, a la Jax) on "Vanderpump Rules."
What to look forward to in 2014: Season Two is in full swing right now, and Stassi and Jax's bickering has spawned "VanderDolls Rules," in which the audio from the duo is used as dolls act out their relationship. You know you've arrived when you get doll reenactments.

Could not have put it better myself .
Cast Ruth Wilson!
As Alice Morgan in Luther, especially in season 1, I was turned in instantly by the combination if her looks but more so the personality and disposition of the character.
Was her character the psycho murderer? If so, I remember her. I suppose attractive, but I would really rather not have her in a Bond film.
Rose Byrne would be fine. I'd like a blonde for a change, really; it's been awhile (since Pike). I prefer not to have repeat actors (aside from the semi regulars like Felix) but I wouldn't mind Rosamund coming back. It's nice, though, when Bond films show new talent, or not that widely known talent, someone who really is lovely and talented (Bereniece is a good case in point, so is Isabella Scorupco; I never spell her name right ...).
And don't get me wrong, Winslet is an amazing actress.
I also think a good choice, if a bit out-in-left-field, would be Idina Menzel
At 41, she'd be the oldest Bond girl of all time and the first American since Jinx. However, she is an amazing stage actress who hasn't done much film, and her character would have endless possibilities.
I think she could make a her character one of the few who deserves the title of "Bond lady"
I do want a blonde (I am sure that is not high on the director and producers' lists) but I don't know who would fit these days, offhand.
