They seemed to even do it right with their Netflix Original TV series, so people should take a page out of their book on how to properly kickstart a universe.
I wouldn't say they (Marvel) mucked it up; the problem is it wasn't the calling for other studios to do and what the ended up doing was copying Marvel and failing. Marvel Studios was built with the sole purpose of establishing a cinematic universe and sure, not everything is perfect but they're the biggest success in Hollywood history in under 10 years. $5Billion domestic alone and counting and 90 odd percent of being critically acclaimed.
Other studios have simply seen what Marvel have done and tried to cash in on what they've done but without putting in the proper time, work and effort. Other studios need to approach this seriously and step their game up.

Wow. Has something like this been done before?
Mm, yes what is all this about. Is his name now so bad that they are actually gonna reshoot his scenes?
After The Raid/The Raid 2 and Headshot, Indonesia is continuing its current trend of badass action flicks with Diamond Dogs (which looks similar to the Jet Li film Unleashed/Danny The Dog):
I haven't even seen the Mummy yet?
Looks like it.
Scott apparently asked the crew, production team and the cast (Mark Wahlberg etc) and they all wanted Spacey out, even if it ruins their chance of an Oscar.
EDIT: Red-band trailer for The Shape of Water is online, but it apparently gives away a lot, so proceed with caution:

New trailer for Hostiles:
Now I certainly like the look of this!
1st trailer for the sci-fi action/adventure Rampage, with Dwayne Johnson, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Joe Manganiello and Naomie Harris, is likely to be released online next week.
Looks interesting? Will await the trailer and then post my thoughts?
