  I'm curious to see if Giacchino can surpass his brilliance from the first one. The fact that they highlight his score in this teaser shows how impressive it was. I need me some light melodic jazzy brass, which has been missing from films for too long.

  1st official picture of the upcoming film Mary Magdalene, from the director of the 2016 film Lion. The film stars Rooney Mara as Mary Magdalene, Joaquin Phoenix as Jesus, with Chiwetel Ejiofor rounding up the main cast.   Hopefully Adkins will impress me more than he did in American Assassin where he rivaled Jai Courtney, Samuel Worthington & Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the extreme 'block of wood' dept.

  I thought the same thing, has a very classic feel to it. The simplicity of the red/the train lines has me thinking of some of those Charade and Vertigo posters.

  Great cast, I'll have to check it out. I'm not remotely religious whatsoever, but I do enjoy the genre every so often - Silence totally blew me away, I've hardly ever seen a film with a lengthy runtime like that fly by with how engaged I was.
