Tom Cruise I'm starting to suspect may actually be a real vampire.

Is that, like - gasp - a drama, or yet another action movie hero part, just with a slightly different look for him?

Speaking of Cruise, this really piques my interest in The Mummy

It's based on the same story/characters as the hit tv series 'Narcos'. Cruise's character appears in an episode of the show.

That didn't really clarify it to me since I'm not familiar with Narcos at all, but okay, so, drugs and stuff. But there's plenty of time to decide if I wanna see it, so doesn't matter at this point.

I've yet to see those, thanks for posting! Looking forward to 'Mena,' even though it's a true story so you know how it ends.

Ten hours until 'The Nice Guys'!

Um, no... One should actually be familiar with the true story (and even then things can often get changed to some extent) to know how a based-on-a-true-story type of movie ends. The first I heard about it being a true story was your post, and I still don't know what the story is. Even the name of the movie tells me nothing. So...

@Tuulia, of course things will change, even the biopics that are as close to reality as possible still have things altered, but I'm saving the overall ending is something you'll know going in if you know the story. I never would've known his whole story, but I saw him in that 'Narcos' episode that @DaltonCraig007 mentioned, and I looked him up online to read about him. Found out later about his new movie.

The Pierce-Brosnan-looks-like-Stan-Lee part looks fantastic, but they should have dropped the rest. Maybe Eon should indeed use Brosnan as a Bond villain.

Not sure if it was posted in its entirety, but the official teaser trailer for 'Inferno' has been released:

    Thanks Creasy47.

This has now moved up firmly to my #1 must see film of the year!.

Everything I could wish for. Magnificent cinematography & locations, suspense, babelicious co-star, spooky Hans Zimmer score, Ron Howard on directorial duties and Hanks firing on all cylinders as Prof. Robert Langdon, the cerebral man of action.

    Totally pumped.

The Da Vinci Code: Pretty bad book turned into a pretty bad film.
Angels and Demons; The book wasn t too bad, but the film was.
Inferno: Awful book, don t have much hope for the film.

Inferno looks great. I can't wait for it. I love Howard and I love Hanks.

With that said I thought the first movie was boring and I loved the 2nd one.

From the trailer this seems pretty good. Will see it.

This month for me personally has some great movies!

I saw Civil War and I loved it and next week there's Angry Birds..sure they're having too many Angry Birds games and merch and whatnot...but the movie seems funny so I'll see it.

Also there's X-Men:Apocalypse which for now is getting mixed reviews....just as I expected I might add. I am huge X-Men fan with the only movie I haven't loved and rated 8/10 was The Wolverine which still was alright movie...but for Apocalypse I am on the verge..we'll see what I think of it anyways..

Also...The Nice Guys! I love movies like this and I can tell most of you from this forum will like it....I am afraid of how it will do on the boxoffice so...if you're spy fans you should see this movie!

I know I will, it seems fun and amazing

Looks like the 'Men In Black' and '21/22 Jump Street' crossover is a go! It has now found a director: James Bobin, the director of this summer's 'Alice Through the Looking Glass'.

So, Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill are the new Agent Kay and Agent Jay?

I think this means all 4 (Jay, Kay, Tatum and Hill) will team up on a mission. I must say I don't give a sh*t about this film until I get confirmation that Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are returning as Jay and Kay.

Actually the movie is not a crossover as people expect.

It will be a MiB movie with the characters from 21/22 Jump Street being recruted as Men in Black.

Maybe there will be a cameo but for now that's the plot for the movie.

Nice to have Zorro back on screen. Although, I don't know why they'd call it a 'reboot'. Is it going to be set in the same franchise as Banderas'? Zorro is in public domain last time I checked and anyone can do whatever they want with it, can't they?

As for Bernal, is he going to play Don Diego? or an original character donning the mask of Zorro?

This is probably the adaptation of Isabel Allende s Zorro, which gives the story a whole new spin and a damn excellent one!

Just checked the premise. And I am quite interested in it. It's somewhat a reinvention of The Mask of Zorro in bits, such as Alejandro becoming Diego's trainer when it was the other way around in the aforementioned film.

I owe you one, Thunder. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
