My two favorites are TND and CR. They're also the first two I recognized him in.
Jaguar has it all referenced well enough in an above response. Damn guy gets all over the place, often goes unnoticed to the casual viewer, but he's been present in at least half of the Bond releases since Doctor No, just easy to miss him sometimes that's all
It was only until recently that it was brought to my attention that director Martin Campbell was in Goldeneye and Moore was in Die Another Day as extras. Back to school for me..
and Roger Moore's Daughter was the Airplane stewardess in DAD.

And yes, Campbell was a cyclist in the south of France as Brosnan and Janssen go motor racing above Monte Carlo
Nothing could have saved DAD.
