I was rewatching Tomorrow Never Dies the other day and I noticed something I've never seen before which I believe is a goof.

In the scene when Bond gets in the shootout at the printing press in Hamburg there's a scene where he leaps from one platform to the next and if you watch (or listen, rather-with headphones) carefully his PPK goes off midfall. I saw that once and was never able to unsee it.

You can see it at @0:35 here

Also I'm not sure if this counts as a goof but it's always bothered me how in Casino Royale, Bond receives the DB5 as a personal vehicle after winning it in a poker game but in Skyfall it's outfitted with machine guns and in SPECTRE, Q even quips 'I thought I said to bring it back in one piece, not to bring back one piece.' Why would he care if it's Bond's personal vehicle. It's so weird because in Skyfall, which is also directed by Sam Mendes, Bond even says 'The problem with company cars is that they have trackers', implying that the car is in fact, his. Also, who the hell was Bond going to, to get that vehicle serviced by if not Q Branch!? Maybe the old Q was super chill with 007 and pimped out his rides on the low. Maybe he was discovered and fired by M and that's why Ben Whishaw is 'your new Quartermaster'. I bet it was Andrew Garfield.

You can even see the muzzle flash here...

I have a couple if they havent been mentioned In Ohmss when Bond finds Tracy has checked out of her hotel room he is on the phone to the receptionist and next to him are some clothes or pyjamas and in a few seconds they have vanished and i think someone has mentioned this one in the battle scene at piz gloria Tracy is fighting Grunther and he has the upper hand and he cuts Tracy's hand on some glass and then in a few seconds after she defeats him the wound has gone.

DN when Mr Jones takes the hard right to avoid Leiter and Quarrel dust is seen flying all over. Seconds later then Leiter's car passes the dust has disappeared.

I would guess they were probably using a prop that has a flint at the end so as it produces an actual muzzle flash when the trigger is pulled, the stuntman accidentally squeezed the trigger, and luckily the foley artists spotted it so they could at least get the sound in.

I remember discussing this a long time ago on alt.fan.james-bond, and I apologize if anybody has already mentioned it (the search function wasn't really helpful). But here's one thing that has been puzzling me forever:

In DAF after about 9 minutes, Sir Donald explains the diamond production in South Africa, juxtaposed with film scenes from there that largely prove him wrong. He says, "The whole process from start to finish operates under an airtight security system. It’s an essential precaution, even though the industry prides itself on the loyalty and devotion of its workers."

Then he says a few more sentences about workers' health care etc. while you see the dentist Dr. Tynan at work. But about twenty seconds later, Sir Donald repeats exactly the same sentences quoted above. It even seems to be the same audio recording. Lazy editing or simply an error? I know it was both on my VHS tape and the DVD, and I would expect it to be on Blu-ray as well.

Any of you know more about the cause of this?

This has always REALLY bothered me, one of the early signs in DAF (along with "CAI...CAI...CAIRO!" and the absolutely sabotaged delivery of "Bond, James Bond" in the PTS) that you're about to watch a tremendous catastrophe of filmmaking. That amount of dialogue is about half of a page in a screenplay. HOW did NO ONE spot this? It's on the same bloody page!

I thought I answered this question at the time: There is no gun in his hand - Bond puts the PPK in his jacket before he jumps. That is a beam of sunlight shining on his hand.

Have a look at these screenshots in sequence:
