We've come to choose the best shot that represents this film at best!
Garnering with 7 votes.
Congratulations! #1! Or Bond on the chase! <:-P 🎉🥳🍾🥂
It's been a wonderful journey and an absolute rollercoaster ride that we've came to appreciate the cinematography in his era that some fans might have overlooked.
And now, we're coming into another era, short and brief, yet memorable and it's still growing in the hearts of the fans.
The Dalton Era!
This time, we're going to delve into the grittiness and seriousness of the Dalton Era!
But if the Dalton Era was tough and serious, could be the cinematography and the shots in his film too?
To be as grit as he was, beautifully gritty?
Let's see.....🧐🤔
I'm now asking you all of here.
Well, let's not make it longer.
Because now:
You can now submit your favorite shots for The Living Daylights (1987) Timothy Dalton's first outing as Bond!
Bond's mission was something to do with the Russians again!
The deadline of submission is on October 15, 2022!
Note: Kindly put the title/name of each scene (shots/pictures).
*And no submitting of BTS or Promotional stills, it should be a screencap of the film scenes.

This is a really nice one. I like the composition of it with the tanker in the background.
Some really nice shots thus far.
Like this?
:))
Its’ not just his acting, but the nature of how he interacts with other people. Whether it’s with Moneypenny, M, General Gogol, General Pushkin, or Kara (especially with Kara) he has a hard to define quality that elevates every scene, and I think that impacts the composition of many scenes in the film. While I have my theories about why the US market didn’t take to Dalton as Bond, of the quality of his performance, there can be little doubt.
The first three postings aren’t up for consideration, but I just wanted to add them. Why? Just because. Plus, we are getting to that point in time (the late 1980s) where many of the remaining Bond stalwarts are going to be making their final marks on the series.
A MI6 Community Legend :))

I was wondering was someone going to put up that top shot, its an excellent one, just as Bonds car drives in!
I think AVTAK always be inprovement on Goldfinger. Location use, plot and the music. TLD have problem of second villian i dislike a lot like Orlov in Octopussy. The girl, Krabbe in it, better pts, Marocco and Barry favorite score possible made difrence of TLD 9, Octopussy 10. Even whyle i like music and villian from Octopussy more then AVAK. AVTAK 5.
100%.
Yes.
Lots of fantastic shots submitted so far.
