Good guess, but no. I'll say now it's not from anywhere in Die Another Day.
GE
DAD
NTTD
SF
You're all skirting around the right answer in your own ways. But I guess I should give you a clue:
I'm technically one of the longest running recurring characters, I even had a front-row seat for the action in more than a couple films.
Not NTTD.
Just to be clear, the clue refers to the location this frame is set in, rather than anyone who may appear in it.
I'll give you another clue and if you get stumped after that I'll give you another bit of the frame.
Clue #2
I may be very well established, but this is the first and (so far) only Bond film to show what I've got on the inside.
Christ I miss the cold war, etc.
Spot on, well done! The office to a great many 'self-righteous, arse-covering prigs' to quote M. Heart of the establishment, but also first seen establishing London in Goldfinger and it can see in the background right up to No Time to Die, including DAD. Like I say you were all close. And it's been 'witness' to Bond's abduction in FYEO, the boat chase in TWINE and the final showdown in SP.
Over to you, @Tokoloshe2
Ah good guess, it is from Spectre but it's not that scene.
There it is, of course you'd get it @QBranch 😁 I can't believed I'd not played this one before, it is not just any document but the first direct reference to my digital namesake in a Bond film. Well done.

Nothing from NTTD. There's no bum-smacking here.
But there's someone else who does like animals, yes!
That's right, it's Blofeld's Right Hand Man getting into the helicopter, the Eurocopter AS365...Dauphin.
@goldenswissroyale Congrats! One golden medal for you.
