Something to start you thinking. using the English Code: A =1, B = 2....Z = 26 then:
JAMES = 10 + 1+13 +5 +19 = 48
BOND = 2 + 15 + 14 + 4 = 35

JAMES BOND = 48 + 35 = 83

DANIEL CRAIG = 38 + 45 = 83

Daniel Craig is acting as a cowboy in Cowboys and Aliens.

COWBOY = 83

The previous James Bond actor was Pierce Brosnan.

BROSNAN = 83 = JAMES BOND

PIERCE BROSNAN = 56 + 83 = 139 = DOUBLE O SEVEN

and thats just a beginning!!! More to come...

    Ok. You think it is a conspiracy. What sort of conspiracy and by whom? Here is another Gematria. SNOW = 19 + 14 + 15 + 23 = 71, WHITE = 65. SNOW WHITE = 71 + 65 = 136. SEVEN DWARFS = 65 + 71 = 136 = SNOW WHITE. Conspiracy?? Were the authors in communication with each other? Notice the number 7 is common to both stories. Ian Fleming, the author of the James bond stories, took the idea of a spy with code number 007 form the adviser, astrologer, magus and spy of Queen Elizabeth I - Dr John Dee. Dr John Dee use the insignia of an elongated 7 with two O in it when he would write to the Queen. What's interesting is that DR JOHN DEE = 83 = JAMES BOND. So there is a conspiracy, but what is it and what is the message? It's very important.

    I understand the concept here @Jehtro, what I don't understand is what do you believe it means and what purpose does it serve? It does seem quite interesting.

    It has some logic. I believe he means that, Bond and Brosnan, having the same numbers after the sum, it affirms that Brosnan is Bond.

    And the 139 is the sum of the words Double O Seven, and is the same sum of the numbers of Pierce with his Actual age.

    So would that suggest that in casting for the role of James Bond they look for actors that fit this credential? This really is strange.

    Wasn't there a book written at one point about some hidden code in the Fleming novels or something? ;-) I read its preface and decided I had never been insulted as often as then. :D Perhaps I should give it another try someday.

    Anyway, is this like the 23 enigma? :p

    Still, I love numerical games.
