    Lex's clone Ultra Man will become Bizarro and rumored to be played by Chris Reeves son (I think in the Ultra Man persona).

    I say only Ultra Man because the rumored Lex clone has the U emblem on his chest, it may not be Ultra Man.

    I heard yesterday the first trailer for Gunn's Superman will be shown to the press on 9th December, we should be able to see it not long after, i am hoping the same day lol.

    As bad as Richard Donner's firing was, losing Marlon Brando as Jor-El in Superman 2 was just as bad. Not that Susannah York was bad in any way, but you know that more care went into the emotional messages with Donner. And even Brando was just doing it for the paycheck, he is still great to watch. In particular in the first Fortress of Solitude scene.



    I hope my Superman and Supergirl screenplays can be this great. If they get made of course! You'll see many Superman/Girl characters that haven't been done yet. In particular villains!

    I actually made my own hybrid cut of SUPERMAN II, basically using the best elements of both versions of the film. As great as the Donner cut is for bringing back so much footage, I do think they cut out too much of the Lester footage to the detriment of the story. It also just doesn’t work as a proper sequel to the first film, primarily because it’s a theoretical sequel to a version of the first film that doesn’t even exist.

    I would have loved if Donner actually got to finish II back in 1980, and we could see what he would have come up with as far as a proper ending goes because there’s no way they would have stuck with Superman turning back time a second time.
