I'll vote for TLD, but wouldn't be the least bit upset if LTK won.
I'd lean towards TLD. He might have given a slightly better performance in LTK but I like the "fullness" of his performance in TLD better - he was more charming and showed a nice touch with the humour. I often use bits from TLD to counter people who say that Dalton was a dour, humourless Bond.

too bad he only featured in two movies
I went with The Living Daylights as best Dalton 007, the second just seemed out of place, drug barons in Mexico and water sports etc, although LD was a bit dull in places, many scenes componsated for the bleak areas
