I know there is a favourite title song thread but what are people's favourite MAIN title songs from each era? Here are mine:

Connery era:

From Russia With Love and Diamonds Are Forever (ranking first equal)

Moore era:

For Your Eyes Only

Dalton era:

The Living Daylights and License to Kill (ranking equal)

Brosnan era:

Goldeneye

Craig era:

You Know My Name (for Casino Royale)

    FRWL(close tie for second goes to DN and TB)
    Moore Era(they're all so good...):
    AVTAK(close second LALD, and that was a tough choice. Damn...)
    Dalton Era:
    TLD(A-HA TLD is better!)
    Brosnan Era:
    DAD...JUST KIDDING!...GE.
    Craig Era:
    YKMN(obviously)

    Connery- Diamond's Are Forever (Shirley Bassey is pure class)

    Moore- Nobody Does it Better (Im suprised no one's mentioned this one. And your right @0BradyM0Bondfanatic Moore had by far the best opening themes)

    Dalton- Licence to Kill (Im sad to say it but I didn't really care for either of Dalton's song's)

    Brosnan- Goldeneye (Like Dalton's music I didn't really care for Brosnsan's either. However "Surrender" was easily the best song in a Brosnan film and should've opened the movie.

    Craig- You Know My Name (Easily the best Bond opening theme since the Moore days. I love that song)

    Yes @DoubleOhhSeven. Connery' films have the classic DN, FRWL, GF, TB, and DAF, but Moore has MORE that are better vocally. We have to also count out DN and FRWL when comparing the best vocal themes, so Moore wins 4-3(I don't hold FYEO and MR as the best, as such with Connery's YOLT and DAF. If we count both DN and FRWL, the music is stronger for me on Connery's side, him winning 5-4. I hate to choose a winner, because they are all different in their own special ways. For the best of Connery and Moore together, I'd rank them thus:

    Connery: YOLT (just love it) with DAF second
    Lazenby: Tough choice but I'll go with OHMSS
    Moore: My favorite era for bond songs. LALD with FYEO close behind.

    For Your Eyes Only was nominated for the best original song at the Academy Awards in 1982 if I recall.

    From Russia With Love and O.H.M.S.S are my favourite Bond main themes. They are just total Bond in my opinion and the reason John Barry is a legend. :)

    Live and Let Die and Licence to Kill are my next favourites.

    Followed by A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, and suprisingly For Your Eyes Only.

    The intro's to ALL of David Arnold's main themes (pressuming he did them) were excellent, but after 20 secs they are terrible. Perhaps he can only do intro's and change scene music. :) Because 'I'm the money' from CR soundtrack is about 10 secs and good lol. :-))

    Craig - hhmm, tough one this, Well it's either a neat effort from Soundgardens Cornell or some awful (and I'm going to stop there). Casino Royale wins oddly enough

    I fear I may have to borrow Connerys 'Beatles Ear Muffs' for what they come up with next time %-(

    It's interesting how both the theme songs and the films went downhill following Goldeneye which was around the time Albert Romolo Broccoli passed away.
