My father and I also attended a re-run of Dr No at an Arts cinema in 2009 and there was no line in that screening either but Whether it was in the Original theatrical version I have no idea.
Check the DVD commentaries. Terence Young changed that line that Saltzman wanted on the script. Young even threw him out from the set! Apparently, it was never filmed, so it's amazing how it has grow up everywhere: https://books.google.es/books?id=f5A05gzjmEsC&pg=PA7&lpg=PA7&dq=So+that's+where+it+went+dr+no&source=bl&ots=CgsKiGQd31&sig=VH2WvOuYyoM6fDo_p39U6IigtG4&hl=en&sa=X&ei=8MsGVb7RJdTdap7IgagP&ved=0CCEQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=So that's where it went dr no&f=false
Perhaps you want to make a mention of this on your lecture:

- Yes, I'll check the DVD commentaries tonight
- Oh, yes the Modigliani will get a mention
