its quite short. was expecting a longer trailer for the last one.
EDIT: Nevermind, that's October and the release date of the film. -_-
Well given that a lot of final trailers tend to be this short I'm not surprised.
This also I believe is the first such trailer for a Bond film....I know there were previous films which had 3 trailers, but that was 2 teasers and a full theatrical. This is the first time we have teaser, theatrical, and final.
I was under the impression that SF had 3 trailers. But that was teaser, full trailer (international version and US version).
And don't forget the IMAX version of the full trailer, that makes 3 versions of them.
But yeah SF was a two-trailer campaign, so was CR and QoS.
maybe the 3rd trailer will return to the mystery presented in the 1st teaser trailer...
That's a short trailer for a 2nd full theatrical trailer no???
I said this months ago and nobody believed me.
It's a final trailer though, they sometimes tend to be shorter.
Case in point - Hunger Games (Lionsgate love doing these 1-min final trailers)
Full theatrical:
Final:
I missed your post. But do you think it's that actor we see in the first trailer for, what?, 48 frames?
Its' definitely ...
It's definitely not! I can not see how you hear anything but Waltz.
In the line where we hear..."You came across me so many times, yet you never saw me." ??? This is NOT Waltz. No way. It's Scott, imho.
And I don't hear Waltz. Not one bit. LOL
Another Scott moment. When he's at his most passionate, his accent softens. I'm convinced.
and IMO, the few lines he has delivered in these spots and trailers either come out sounding awkward (likely due to being chopped up and taken out of context) or uninspired ("the author of all your pain").
http://theincrediblesuit.blogspot.com/2015/07/spectre-trailer-breakdown.html :D
And there's this thread too:
Disagree. Sounds like Waltz to me.
In my opinion, that line ("you have come across me so many times" or so) is delivered by Scott. In the trailer, they have mixed two different Waltz lines and that one.
I've been listening to "It's been a long time" in the various trailers and it seems slightly different, whether it's sound editing or a different take.
But "Welcome James" sounds terrible in the 3rd spot, I'd say worse than the Patrice falling death change they did between the trailer and final product
I appreciate everyone's Sherlock moments guessing who is saying the line.
Wrong. It's Waltz all the time.
We had this discussion already months ago.
As I said then: why should Waltz be dubbing Scott in the german version?
Waltz speaks all these lines.
I agree, although I do think the 'you came across me...' bit could be Scott.
Meh. Too CGI. The artistic fight should have extended to the death shot
That is the part that is Scott.
