I know it's too much to hope Corgi will produce something other than a "Special Edition Spectre DB5," but one can dream, right?

Knowing Corgi it will probably remain a dream too!

I don't see why not... They still have the rights to do the 007 cars right?

Apparently we can expect a DB10. See the last line above the video on this link...

I just remembered Hot Wheels have the rights to James Bond now as well. Their 1/18 and 1/43 DB5 is due to be released soon. I won't be surprised if its released near the release of Spectre. And I'm hopeful to see a DB10 from Hot Wheels.
  • I have received word that Hot Wheels will be releasing the DB10 as part of the 2016 Mainline. Not sure when it's going to be on the shelves, but it is coming.

A Corgi DB10 has been advertised in Empire magazine, stated as 'coming soon'. I expect it will be around the time of the DVD/Blu-ray release.

I wonder why its taking them so long to release these DB10 models this time around. With Casino Royale and Skyfall, I remembered that the models were released around the same time the movie was released. I remembered getting the 1/18 CR DBS a few weeks after seeing Casino Royale back in 2006. And I bought the Skyfall Corgi DB5 in 2012 a week or so before Skyfall premiered..

Hornby (i.e. Corgi too) have notoriously problematic supply issues.

I suspect that's got something to do with it.

She's a beauty, all right, but I think I'll pass. I don't have enough space in my flat to collect any great-looking stuff that comes along. Too bad !

The db10 would be great in a 1:18 scale.

    Are they taking the piss?

'Authentic opening and closing doors and detailed wheels'???

Pretty sure the car in the film had an ejector seat, a machine gun and flamethrowers. Any chance of those gadgets on the model as call me Mr Picky but I would feel short changed if during the Q scene he says 'Now pay attention 007 - this car has opening f**king doors.'

Honestly I'm amazed Corgi are still going because they have be the shoddiest run business since Enron.

Genius - release the model 3 months after the film (and also after Christmas - you know that time of year when people go out and buy a load of shit) when everyone has forgotten about it and Star Wars is the only show in town.

Who is Corgi's head of marketing? Ronan O'f**king Reilly?

At what point do EON strip them of their licence saying we are in this to make money and we need to be in partnership with a company that at least has a slight clue of how to exploit the commercial potential of Bond?

Pathetic. But then nothing surprises me anymore with Corgi.

definition for American needed please: 'taking the piss?' :) BTW, you're 110% accurate. Trained chimps could run that place better. Or me. And did you see the Corgi USA site? ESTIMATED DATE; MARCH 6TH! FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE MOVIE. Babs will be well under way on the next one by then.

So sad that they don't ship to BRAZIL. It's the only country in the world that CORGI does not ship to. :O

Hot Wheels will be releasing it in 1/18 scale as part of their Hot Wheels Elite line...

Corgi DB10 now pushed back furthur; to 3/29 for the US. So the movie will have been on DVD for two months before this even hits the USA. Good JOB, Corgi!!!

Just for fun, I went to Corgi to see if they hit their 3/29 release date. Nope. Now pushed back to May 5.
